Great park- greenspace and two playgrounds for kids. And usually sunny and warm! There are also picnic tables and bbqs, and actual bathrooms. There's a playground for little ones and another for bigger kids. And a parking lot!

    A lot of history here!

This place has a playground and tennis courts! It also has barbecues and picnic tables and lots of space to run around! It also has a lot of history, it's a cemetery!

Not well maintained, very crowded during weekends, but nice walk up the mountain

I enjoyed checking out the pretty creek on the far end of the park and the old cemetery.

Staff is friendly and helpful, facilities are great and they have a lot to offer. My family enjoys…read morethe playground, tennis courts, trails and pool. Lots of fun to be had here.

This review is for Jerry, the tennis instructor. I have been taking lessons with him on and off…read moreover the past few months and it's amazing how much my game has improved. I like that his classes are small, which allows for one on one instruction and face time with the instructor. There is nothing worse than having questions and being unable to speak with the instructor due to the number of students enrolled, that is never the case with Jerry. I also love that at the end of each class, he plays "King/Queen of the court", which allows you to practice what you have learned and feel confident about your ability. I would say the biggest key to progressing is to play, play, play. I have not yet progressed and I would say it's largely due to my lack of playing. Jerry also gave me positive feedback, reiterating that my ability to progress to intermediate/advanced was going to be largely dependent on how much I play. Since then, I have committed to playing 3-4 times per week, if not more, and am seeing everything that Jerry has taught being reinforced. I've also received great feedback from friends at how much my game has improved. If you are looking to improve your game or just learn the basics of tennis, you would be lucky to have Jerry as an instructor (he teaches you the rules, giving you handouts, as well as the layout and scoring, which I'm terrible at). My only fear after posting this is that his class sizes will drastically increase.
