Phil came back and removed a couple of tiles to allow Stone access to the leak. Stone returned and fixed the leak. I am very happy with the quality of work performed. Price was reasonable. Never Again! First off when I call to make an appointment I am asked what I need done. Then when…read morethe plumber arrives first question is what are we doing today. When I point out what is wrong and to replace it, they always want to try and fix it - and within a couple days it is leaking again. I basically ended up spending $1000 mostly labor for 5 shutoff valves and the inside of a toilet tank replaced. They charge about $150 to show up and about $125 for any part of time past the first hour. Seems they always need 65 minutes..... and lately added $4 for gas to travel, they are under 3 miles away. And when I call to tell them what they fixed is still broken, it takes at least a week to come and the same fees are charged as though it is a new repair vs correcting what they already charged me for and didn't fix or replace. It seems as though they don't care and act like they are doing a favor just by showing up. For a place that used to be well regarded, I agree they are not worth my time or money and I will be going elsewhere.

The number listed on Yelp was incorrect. The business representative was clear that "they" are not available. He didn't know the reps and added that Matt, the primary owner, was injured. To hear the options and them explain that they can do either but wanted us to understand that it eventually would be best to replace and it's not much of a price difference to replace it versus repairing it. Overall, this plumber went above and beyond and came the next day. They gave notice before they arrived as i had requested. They were professional and respectful. Their prices were reasonable and fair and their work was more than sufficient. If you need a plumber, I recommend Green River Plumbing. Get your pipes fixed right at a good price. And never forget, every company is always learning. This company is not afraid to learn. As a customer and new business owner, i was able to assist them to send me their first invoice using Square. These guys don't mess around, they had every tool and fitting imaginable and I couldn't have been more impressed, except for the fact they were heads down all business the whole time they were here. Gary was here from 7am to 6:30pm and spent the time to make sure everything was perfect and that I knew all of the features available before he left. The quality of the work was beyond impressive and we couldn't be happier!
