She even gave us a bit of a mini tour, which I thought was really sweet. The grounds are gorgeous. I kept saying "bucolic" over and over while I was there. You can sip on a flight while staring out at green pastures and grazing cows (and maybe even a sleepy puppy). We were able to get some steaks. They were ok. The wine is fantastic and I love they put into each bottle. I'd love to come back one day and try more wine varieties and get to meet the owner.
