I called Bass Reddy Rooter before normal business hours, but Anna quickly returned my call, and set me up for an appointment less than 4 hours later. Galvin came to clear the block in my 60+ yo black piping. He is a very professional, good natured young man who did a terrific job clearing the obstruction and returning everything to perfect order- he was very thorough about testing all four drains to insure that everything was flowing flawlessly. I've owned the house 4 years, and the plumbing was always slow- now- it's like new. The toilets have never flushed better. I was able to get an appointment that day that was convenient with my schedule. I then met Tim who explained everything to me as he was researching the problems. Had an emergency regarding the main sewer line blockage on a three family house late on a Saturday night, I've used these guys before an was very happy with the quality an quickness of their service....they came in a short time after my call, the call back was within 5 minutes...they worked till the main line was cleared, past 11pm on a Saturday is rare today...cant say enough good things about the quality an price ...these are my go to guys for as long as I have a multifamily...they are a cut about the rest, call them an you will not be sorry...ty for getting me out of the jam on Easter weekend...appreciated. read more

I cold called Bass Reddy Rooter after reading their excellent reviews. I explained my clogged sink problem to Jessica who assured me someone would be out to my house that day. The serviceman Mike was on time friendly and professional. He assessed the situation and got to work. Mike had my sink unclogged and me smiling in less than 20 minutes, WOW! The only thing better was the very fair and accurate pricing given by this company. These two guys were awesome! What I thought was going to be a uncomplicated clearing of drain causing water to come in the basement turned out to be a major job of digging the street and replacing pipe that, as it turns out, the city had recently worked on, Nick contacted the city department and explained what he had found... A whole city water department crew was there within 3 hours and made the repair ! On a Saturday night at 6:00pm. First time using a rooter service. Owner came with a helper and they were courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. They adhered to the social distancing retirement and wore masks. I got a smoke test and a camera inspection of my line to the sewer. Found everything to be in good working order and the odor I was experiencing seemed to indicate a basement sink problem. John was very knowledgeable and was quickly able to clear a clog in our main drain line. Using the camera, he was able to determine that there were no further issues in our drain line going out to the street. He also pointed out that our house trap was sitting at angle that could impede flow, and now we know it's something we should consider repairing or eliminating. Another excellent job by Bass Reddy! Had a backup in main line. They were able to clean and perform camera inspection. Very clear camera system they used which showed numerous areas where roots are entering the pipe through joint sections as well as several sections of pipe that were no longer aligned with each other also causing plumbing stoppages. Bass Reaggy Rooter is always there when I need them . I have a finished basement and I have a grinder sewer pump that pumps to street seeer line. i had issue where alarm was going off he came over right away to save my basement from being flooded with sewerage. I highly recommend them. read more
