I haven't called on them for plumbing service, but their heating & A/C people know their stuff. When I've called them to fix my A/C, they've not only fixed my main problem, but have also done other little fixes (e.g., replace a section of insulated ductwork that had a hole in it) or give helpful tips (e.g., use this type of furnace filter, not this other type). Like any home service company, they can get backed up during "crunch" times. If you're calling them because your A/C broke on the first 90-degree day of the year, you're going to wait a few days. In general, though, they're not going to leave you hanging, especially for routine repair work. Their prices are reasonable, though, and their people are knowledgeable - qualities you want when it's someone working on your home.

It's been 3 days and they still have yet to give us a quote to fix the coil!!

We had no hot water. I called them up and they asked some questions and a couple pictures. Then they came out next day and diagnose our issue and gave us a price quickly. They were willing to driving to Maryland to pick up the tank and bring it with them so they can install the tank for me as soon as possible as we had no hot water. Tank installed and we have hot water again. About a month later, we had no hot water again. It was about 9 pm but I texted Trevor, the person that came out at the beginning, and he responded right away. Again, ask for some pictures and then came out next day to look at the heater. Without making this too long, Trevor found the problem, called the manufacturer and was told that the unit had to be replaced but they have to order the unit as they don't have it in stock. Trevor made some calls and called me the next day that they will be able to come out and install the new tank the next day. All in all, we had no hot water for 2.5 days. Both times they cleaned up after their job. Very happy with them. Will definitely call them again for any plumbing need.

So when it came time to replace the furnace because parts were getting hard to find we called Fletchers. Now mind you the furnace quit on us I called they had someone out that day to look at it. Made a recommendation to replace it. They were out the next day with a new furnace. The installers were prompt, and very personable. We have a very hyper dog. Both installers were never bothered by him and actually made friends quick. They made quick work of the install. But there was an issue with how the old furnace was wired. They called in one of there specialist and had the problem figured out in No time. Fixed it all up and had the heat up and running. I can't thank them enough for the hard work and quickness. He gave me a completely different assessment of the issue and asked me to shutdown the system so the house didn't catch fire or we didn't die of carbon monoxide poison! He then offered to run out and get some space heaters. We had Fletchers come out the next day and give us a price and do the install of a new system. If it weren't for their experienced and caring employees our house could have caught fire or we would have been ill/died from Carbon Monoxide poisoning! The install crew did a great job and were very clean. I'd recommend them to everyone!
