They changed their policy recently to run bank account info instead of debit cards. When doing so mom provided bank info because she was taking over that expense. (We are going through divorce) when there was an issue they charged a card that they were no longer authorized to charge and that was against their own policy. This is for the after school program. When I tried to confront them they told me to take it up with mom. She already had tried to call the day before and they refused to let her pay with her card. (Hypocrites) I told them they needed to refund my card and reach out. I already attempted to reach out to mom. When I called and talked to a manager he was very disrespectful accusing me of talking to his staff a certain way which was untrue. All I said was you need to refund my money now and you didn't have authorization to take my money and you're going against your own policy. If that's rude you don't like the truth. This business is poorly ran and this manager clearly doesn't know how to talk to people. I will be taking further action against this business.
