Sergio was very busy but was able to come out on a Sunday to look at the project and then sent a bid through email. I found his price to be very competitive and he understood the work we needed done. He and his crew came out and did the project in 1 day. It was a small project so it was done in 1 day, we paid at the end of the day after the project was done. They hauled and disposed of the old concrete matter. The crew was well mannered. They cleaned up the area well when they finished the project. We were happy with the work and we do recommend him.

They came out and in one day did all the concrete work that we needed by concreting, where two stalls were in our barn, concreted, the lean too attached to our barn for us to store our tractor and also put in a concrete pad for a propane tank. Sergio was very communicative. He understood what we wanted.His crew was respectful of our property and cleaned up after themselves. After they completed the job, Sergio hauled away the old concrete that they had to tear out. I will definitely refer him to anybody that I know.And we will use him again in the future.

The meeting went well and the person that showed up at my house was nice and polite. The problem was that I felt as if I had to chase the person in order to get my bid. They stated that they had to go out of town and I would get the bid when they returned. So I received the bid 7 days after my appointment and 5 days after all the other bids. The price of the concrete was a fair price but I decided to go with another company because of the time frame I needed. Perhaps next project I can use this company.

Mike and his team quickly, efficiently and at a good price moved an AC unit and a sewage line to make room for a bigger patio. I was working inside and saw that a worker was waiting. He arrived approximately 7:30. Alfonzo did not arrive until much later, probably two and a half hours late. He told me he had some truck problem. That was not a problem. The problem was he did not call or text to let me know. He told me there would be plenty of time to build the form before the concrete arrived at 11:00. The concrete was delayed until 1:00. Then the concrete was delayed until the next day. I understand there is a construction supply supply problem, and the delayed concrete was not a problem. My waking up at 6:00 for a 7:00 arrival that did not happen was the problem. I also question if the form had been ready at 8:30 because they started workin on time, if I would have had my concrete on the specified day. Ultimately I am satisfied, but Alfonzo could have communicated with me better regarding the arrival.
