The LRR team has been welcoming; from our son's initial introduction to the facility, they have kept us well informed of how he was transitioning to a new campus and classroom. The team has done a great job of developing and sustaining a strong partnership with parents. That parent partnership has extended beyond the initial introduction as teachers set up Zoom sessions to virtually tour the classroom. They could continue dialogue with us as parents around upcoming programming and events. Bright Horizons on Long Ridge has also done a great job fostering strong communication with families throughout this challenging time with COVID to keep us up to date on any impacts to the facility, staff, and/or classrooms. The children enjoy views of a large pond from most rooms. What we liked most was the structured curriculum. Our son is curious by nature and learning something new every day was a real benefit. The way the material was taught was fun and didn't feel like work. He made lots of friends and the teachers were caring. He was happy each day when we picked him up. Our child has been enrolled in over 3 years now and tells us that they would love to go during the weekends. They have made a loving impact on the one person I care about and to me, that is all I can ask for. Mikey is a great mascot that the children love to play with during drop-off an pick-up. Alex is also very caring and helpful during all hours and days of the week. They have also supported us during stressful times, especially COVID. They stayed operational while other daycares closed for months. This was greatly needed, as we are full-time working parents and Alex and Mikey made us feel safe with leaving our child. According to my experience, the director Alex is very professional and responsible on her work. I think She manages the daycare very well. My children both started from toddler and I'm very happy with the teachers here too. The children have breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack in the daycare. So I don't have to pack lunch for them. Also, they are less picky here than they are home. They learn letters, numbers and sciences during morning. After lunch, they take a nap. Usually their teachers spend a lot time and energy to sooth them so they can fall asleep (if you ever try to put a young child to sleep, you know what effort that takes). I really appreciate the teachers' patience. Generally speaking, I'm very happy with the daycare and highly recommend it to all my friends.

I love the cooking classes, the reinforcement to kids of their goods qualities and they position on working weak areas in a positive way. They keep the ratio proper. Great art program, gym puritan and music/art focus open up minds. They genuinely love and care for the children and vice versa. The hours work for working city parents. Cons: Some if the teachers who are young and friendly with the leadership get preferential treatment without having the maturity it takes to be a teacher or a leader. If that is obvious to a parent, I can only imagine what it must feel like to be there in that awkward situation. A couple centers will need to watch themselves. The one campus I strongly recommend is the camp ave original campus. They have the structure and disciplines through experience that help bbelc keep that reputation strong.

Our son has been there since he was an infant (going on 2 years now), and we have been very happy with our experience. The teachers are well trained, enthusiastic, and so caring. As a parent I'm kept well informed, and am at ease knowing our child is happy and engaged with the variety of activities they offer-- especially music, art, gym time, and walks. I appreciate the focus on kind behavior in the classroom, and the community environment that's been created amongst the parents and the staff. Highly recommend.
