I ordered a floral arrangement for my wife and was more than disappointed. I spent almost $65 and they did not follow directions for delivery and wrote the wrong name on the card. I tried to call them and both numbers were busy all day. I tried to email them and the addresses were undeliverable. I finally got time to call another day and instead of apologizing for what had happened I was treated very rudely. He said he would try to send out another that day. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FLORIST! I went through From You Flowers and they went through Pippin Florist. I ordered a colorful bouquet for a sick relative. It wasn't anything like what I ordered. The florist called and asked to speak to my aunt (who the flowers were for). I told him I was the one who placed the order. He was very rude and said that if From You Flowers didn't pay him delivery he wasn't going to redeliver like he was supposed to do. He ( Thomas, the owner) actually asked me if they could bring the flowers back to him and I told him no they shouldn't have to. I told him he had very bad customer service. I wish I could give them a zero. He said they were cutting into his profit and I told him that is between him and From You Flowers. I told him I am the customer and he said I am the customer of From You Flowers but I told him he called me. He said no that he called to speak to my aunt. He started asking me questions about my order. Just a rude demeanor. Customer service is not a priority with this florist. I told him unfortunately my aunt would have to keep the Dollar Tree looking flowers. I had to put one star to post. Pippin Florist Bristol TN delivered the tacky lily with awful tipped red carnations not described red carnations arrangement on the right to my parents yesterday thinking it matched my order, a festive trimmings tree! I've done this the last 5 years for my parents and no florist will do what they did today. I called Teleflora to get it right. I didn't want discount or refund only that it was picked up and corrected. They called Pippin. While I'm on hold with Teleflora, Pippin calls my unknowing mom and said they were "spot checking" to ask if she was satisfied. How dare they do that knowing Teleflora had communicated with him just before that their CUSTOMER was not satisfied. He did not acknowledge the complaint to my mom. I called Pippin he tells me my mom is his customer?!? Teleflora will take care of my mom today regardless of the decision of Pippin. I will ensure my future Teleflora orders will not be sourced by Pippin. read more

I called Pippin Florist directly to order a plant to be delivered, due to a death in the family. The gentleman said he had the plant in stock and delivery would not be a problem. Plant was never delivered, nor was I contacted as to why the delivery was never made. read more

My complaint is not with the flower arrangement, but with the utterly amateur card that accompanied the arrangement. The handwriting looked to be that of an eight year old, and the arrangement of the message on the card was poor. The word extraordinaire was misspelled extraording (not even a word!) and punctuation was incorrect. The impact of the gift was destroyed by the non-sensical message. Florists would be better off machine printing messages in script. read more

I have used Pippin for years. This weekend they provided a spray for a funeral. It was the most beautiful arrangement there. The family commented on how beautiful our flowers were! I can always rely on them for lovely flowers and just what I want. read more

Dr Seaver & Pittman's office has used Pippin Florist for many years from a business side to a personal side and NOT ONE TIME have we had an unpleasant experience. I'm flabbergasted at some of the reviews that have been left online. I called my order in for 2 arrangements today and within several hours, not only did I get what I asked for, but they were delivered very timely. We appreciate Pippin Florist for their service and all the happiness they bring to our patients & team members when we call on them for these special occassions. If i could give Pippins less than one star i would. I placed a delivery order and the arrangement that came was not at all attractive and was way overpriced for what was sent. I called and spoke to Cory to try and resolve the situation. He refused to provide any help and when i asked to speak to the owner he said that Pippins is a family business and he is part of the family so he is the highest up i will get. I then asked again and he said "Too (Beep) Bad!" How could any business person say something like this. He then told me that i was just trying to get out of paying because i could not afford it!!! I told him it was not about money...I said since he is unwilling to help or give me the owner i would cancel the charge on my credit card. he said he didnt care because that would be fraud and they will turn me over to medical collections who love to deal with idiots like me...I could not believe he was saying all this and medical collections for a florist? Huh?. I was in shock. I told him i would never do business with them again and he said he will make sure my name is on the list in the store of people they refuse to do orders for! That list must take up the whole back room of the store! He said that he was not above going to the person who i sent the flowers too and see if they liked them...They didnt like them by the way. After some research i found the owner Malia (not sure of spelling) at the Kingsport Sister store Holston Florist Shop at 423-247-7673 and she basically took his side saying that he had been there for years and could not believe he would say this stuff..read the reviews it looks like he talked to other customers like this...however she said that if i wanted my money back she would have them come and take the flowers back!!! well i didnt want them to have a dime of my money so i told them to come and get them! This is the worst experience i have ever had in my life with any business. I am telling everyone i know to stay away! Make sure you do the same. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH PIPPINS.
