I had my windshield replaced on my 2015…read morejeep wrangler (on 4/17) and since then, my car has been making a popping/ cracking noise coming from the windshield. When I called to explain the problem and asked if they could take a look, I was met with rudeness and profanity. My car has never made this noise before (I've driven it for TEN YEARS). Not to mention I've had my windshield repaired/ replaced several other times and haven't had this issue with other businesses. Completely unprofessional. His response was to cuss me out and for me to "give it time" and "your car is fine, you just want something to complain about" and concluded with "your vehicle is a 2015, it's going to make fucking nosies" and then proceeded to insinuate my mom has done something to my car since she's been driving it LMAO. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. This place is an absolute JOKE. Added note- We even tried to return a tool they left behind, and he insisted it wasn't theirs "my staff wouldn't leave tools behind" (which in fact they did because we now have a windshield tool lol). No accountability, no customer service, and absolutely no respect.
