We ordered DayQuil and cough drops, expecting exactly that... but when our bag arrived, it also included two packets of honey and a handwritten note that said, "Hope you feel better soon!!" That tiny act of kindness completely made our night. It was thoughtful, unexpected, and honestly just the sweetest thing after a long travel week.
