Found Haynie's Garage while looking to replace an auxiliary battery on my Dodge Durango. I had the…read moremain battery replaced at a Valvoline in Lewisville. Valvoline replaced on the main battery and failed to strap it back down where it sits under the passenger seat. That's how Haynie's found it. So this cause out Durango to not start properly due to not having the auxiliary battery. I called Haynie's garage and a really nice guy answered and when I explained what I needed he went into all this detail what that auxiliary battery does. I had no clue. Found out I was talking the owner Chris. Super nice and absolutely knowledgeable. They close at 5:30pm and I got there at 4pm for the battery and to have my oil changed. No problem. I didn't ask for the oil change til I arrived and he said he had literally just used the last oil filter on a Jeep but would get one right over and was apologetic. That was absolutely fine with me and I didn't mind waiting. Chris also told me that he found my battery was not strapped down from Valvoline. This garage is off a dirt road since he moved to this newer location. His shop is sits off the road but it's still easy to find with a GPS. It's worth the trip. Haynie's Garage is absolutely awesome. I will only take my vehicles here from now on.

They did respond quick and orderly, but was supposed to have a job done today but fell asleep as…read morethey didn't show up until the end of the service window. The window was from 3-5, I should have had it earlier if they were going to show up at the end of that window. As I was waiting for the call from the technician but didn't get a call from him, but instead from another number that was not on my contacts list. I did ask for an eta but, didn't get one. Then had another tech come out the following week. The window was still the same 3-5, didn't show up until 7pm. They didn't finish until 9am the next day. It took 17 hrs and the timing belt wasn't even done and I missed work. Then the next day after starting the car the belts that squealing so unbearably loud. It would then stop once it warmed up, but there was still a ticking that could be heard. Then I asked the tech that installed it to see if he could fix the squealing, and he said he could, met up the following week as I was busy, and he 'fixed' the problem. Immediately after I left him it started squealing again, but even louder. The following week after that I had another mobile mechanic install a new radiator and belts to fix the problem, and he stated that all the belts were loose and there are missing bolts. After that mechanic installed the belts and radiator everything is back to normal and everything is tightened as need be. I would not recommend hiring from this company as they are just a middle man and sending work to other mobile mechanics. The pricing was too good to be true and in the end had to spend more money to get things back in working order
