i was nice enough to rate the food 3 stars, as ive had it before, and it was decent enough. without going into a long story, the GM screamed at his employee in front of me, then cancelled my order and yelled at me, because i used a coupon signed by the previous GM. the coupon was probly 5 years old, but didn't have a 'use by' or expiration date. he was irate and said he wasnt going to honor it. i apologized and asked if there shouldnt be an expiration date on it, like every other coupon ive seen? and that being a franchise, isnt he obligated to honor it, as it lists his specific address... this only set him off more. i reached out to corporate to let them know, but their system is automated, and it kicked me back to have my complaint dealt with by the very person that screamed at me. i havent been back since. read more

The girl whom claims to be manager is absolutely the rudest person in the service industry; which is sad because I love their food. However, we won't be ordering from here again unless she is removed or forced to take a class in customer service or basic niceties.... Very unfortunate choice of an employee. Bad experience. We arrived before 7 p.m. on a Sunday and sites list them open until 8 p.m. The sign said open and when we entered they would not serve us. They said everything was shut down and then ignored us when we asked if there was anything easy we could order. read more

7 PM on a Sunday night and completely empty. Probably a clue as to the restaurant's popularity. I'd say we have a mixed review. We had two kids meals, two pita sandwiches & one soda and it was $30 which seems pricy to me for what we got. Kids ham & cheese pitas were decent. They happily ate them. Husband had pesto chicken wrap, really liked it but felt it was a little shy on the chicken. I had the falafel wrap and not.a.fan. Falafel was grilled? (Not crunchy patties like normal more of crumbles???) Falafel was cold and I'm used to it being fried up and warm. One employee there was polite and busied herself cleaning Verdict: I'd prefer a lot of other fast food joints. However, for a relatively healthier fast food option, it was a change up. read more

Only gave a 2 star rating because the food was good. Strange experience. We paid and we're waiting for our food when they told us they had rung up our order incorrectly. Instead of asking us to go pay for the missed food, they told us they had changed our amount to our card. This was not ok. How do they change our amount owed without permission? Could they have done that after we'd left? I left with a very uneasy feeling. I called the store to ask about it and got hung up on! Very unprofessional! I'll never go back. read more

This is a great spot. Friendly customer service and great menu items. I love the food here. They might need to hire a few workers to deal with busy hours. But other than that, they're great!! read more

Had it for the first time today. Wasn't impressed and I was still hungry after eating. Honestly not an option for a meal. More like a snack. And $14 for 2 small wraps and chips??? No thanks. I'll eat Subway for that price and get twice the amount of food. read more
