I went here with a large group to continue the celebration of JPM's life. Even with about 25 of us, the service was excellent and the food was delicious! They have awesome and happy hour specials too! I love mom/pop / dive bars and restaurants. If you're a Steelers fan, you'll absolutely love this place too! Went to have a couple drinks and dinner there yesterday afternoon and when we went to play the jukebox the General manager Karla started cursing at us for playing music while we were drinking for no apparent reason. I have only ever been here with my aunt and uncle who are regulars. The food is good, the staff are always nice. Its definitely a bar atmosphere with most people sitting at the bar. I don't think anyone really sits down at a table often. I think the attentiveness of the waitresses could be better and it always seems that the people sitting at the bar are staring at me because I'm not a "regular". read more

So my spouse and I went here to play pool. This was our second time going to this bar. We checked-in since we saw Yelp had a deal for some free domestic beers. We also got some shots and a pair of cocktails. When we closed our tab we were handed someone else's debit card and the bartender had not applied one of our check-in deals. This is fun place to stop into for any type of fun a bar should offer From poker days to karaoke to just sports on the tv. On top of that they have about 6 -8 pool tables, darts, and pinball. If none of that interests you and you're just there for the drinks, they have you covered with a happy hour special for EVERY DAY OF THE WEEK. Some day's offering that special for the entire day. Only issue I had was with "opening up" a tab by leaving my cc card with them; Standard. BUT, they handed me the wrong card back. Been here many times, spent lot of money few thousand do partying, listening to karaoke with friend and Tonight I was told I couldn't wear my plain Jane Raider hat that unless you see underneath the brim of the hat you would never know that I had to take it off cause it was a Bronco bar. I've worn it many times in there and only thing told was to not have it turned backwards. Fuck that! I never been to many Denver Broncos bars and never made or had to take off my Raiders hat! This is like my cut! It never comes off unless I take it off. What's next? Gonna take it off for me? But looking through the pics on their website there is a picture of Steeler fans in their gear but you want me to remove a hat that barely looks like a raider hat! I go to this bar to have fun, spend lots of money and enjoy myself. I feel singled out! I feel discriminated on! Then walked out by security? Seriously! This will be my last time Going to your establishment. Next time you try to tell me that your a Bronco bar, remember you cant discriminate what someone is wearing especially if on your website you have a picture of people decked out in Steelers gear that you can see plain as day. Won't be spending my money at pitchers ever again. Long time customer there pretty much every Sunday during football season (for quite a few years now!) and others times during off season and the owner (Robin) thinks it's ok to defend someone who is throwing chairs at long time customers, flipping them off, and telling them to fuck off when asked to be respectful. At first I thought it was a gay bar, walked in with chaps and a leash and was asked to leave. However when I came back I discovered that I FREAKING LOVE this weird confused social/race experiment you call a bar. Afternoons and early evenings its a white conservative, anti-mask hangout back woods bar. Then when 9pm rolls around the woods people leave and large groups of people from the polar opposite side of the spectrum show up. And it's amazing. I perfer the evening crowd by far. Give this place a try! New local dive bar near the house. I've been to Pitchers OFTEN in Greeley in college and this Mexico/Chambers location is nothing like the one in that college town. Very friendly and attentive servers. Pretty clean establishment, with the exception of the restrooms needing a little more attention, especially with that sewage smell. Lots of parking in the lot. Patio seating with heaters. Opened until 2am, but food is served until 11pm. Also don't be deceived on the size of this place when you walk in... it's HUGE! Around the bar and corner there are lots of billiard tables in the back. Plus they have designated areas for your favorite sports teams. My boyfriend is from WISCONSIN and when we discovered that our new bar waking distance from the house is a PACKERS BAR... well you know we will be here often. We ordered the patty melt, green Chile and wings. The patty melt and wings were something to be back for but the green Chile was not my favorite. It was separating and seemed as though it was sitting for a long time. Not visually appealing, even when stirred and stirred the Chile would separate. The tortilla was good and soft but unfortunately I would not order the green Chile again. BEER selection and prices are on point! Enjoyed the Dry Dock Apricot and Guinness on tap! Woo hoo! Also loved that when I looked around the bar seems to give back a lot to the community. They had a giving tree and an incentive for customers to donate and get a chance to win a raffle for wine and beer for donating to the angel tree with the Local ARC. Great Job! I have stopped in this bar multiple times throughout the years. At one point I was a regular of the back bar (which it's separated like this), but that was a mistake. It's a true dive bar. Plenty of TVs for sports, and they have pool tables with a juke box. Be careful of some of the regulars they will be rude, mean and make you feel unwelcome (Pretty Much Front Bar Area). Service is hit or miss depending on who is working. The day time crew of Kathy (No Longer There By My Understanding) and Carla was amazing! Dawn was the best at night, but she only works certain nights. The food is inconsistent, minus there wings. They have no security for the busier nights, and leave it up to the regulars to handle. Fights were and still common here. Have been there when guns have been drawn and shot at people and the bar. They have dress codes still, and they are a very heavy conservative bar during the day too (which I Liked). Overall much better bars in the area for all day and everyday service, and everything done better. read more

I've been coming to this bar for the last few years on and off. There was this bartender Carla I believe was her name. She was so rude and the way she talked to the customer's was unreal. If I saw her working I would leave immediately. Now they have another bartender I was told her name is Jill. Her service was poor and her lack of attentiveness was the worst. I felt bad for my waitress as she had to wait for her drinks as cleaning was more important than the customers drinks. Her bar guest sat empty as they must be regulars so they seemed to be annoyed but waited patiently. I will not return if either of these two are working. HA! So a buddy and I decided to go for a drink at a bar without drinking too far.. Pitchers was the only placed I'd passed that was a bar only so we gave it a shot. Dirty inside, everyone smokes and the "view" wasn't good at all. The drinks were cheap but there must be other, much better options within 5 miles... Definitely some cheap drinks (plus a free beer with yelp check-in), some good happy hour deals, and some cheap and often free pool (plenty of pool tables). The place is spacious and there's plenty of parking spots. The regulars there are mostly of the older variety but don't let that give you the impression that you won't have a good time. Tip: don't use the shuffleboard table. It is terribly unbalanced. read more

I'm torn on this place. If you want to watch a Steelers game in Aurora, this is the place to be. If you want quality service, this is not the place to be. When we entered the bar, we didn't know at first if we needed to wait to be greeted or just seat ourselves. After about a minute we decided to seat ourselves amongst the other Steelers fans. It took over 6 minutes to be acknowledged by anybody working. We ordered Dry Dock's Hop Abomination and our beers came overflowing and made a mess on our table. We know the head chef so we knew the food would be good. Well, I didn't really care for the cheese used for the chili cheese fries because it all stuck together in giant chunks. But overall they were good. When we were ready to leave, it must have taken about 10 minutes for our server to pick up our bill and run the card. We were really tempted to just walk out because we were forgotten about. Pretty sure it we could have been long gone before they realized they lost their money. read more
