I should remember to read reviews before doing business with anyplace new. Came out with bug guts still on the windshield. The woman at the entrance said, "Oh, yea...umm, the big roller brush isn't working." Really? That would have been nice to know before we gave you the money. We were having a problem with their female employee monitoring the pay gates. The one we were using wouldn't read our bar code after attempting 3 times I called to her. She said backup and try it again. I explained we'd already attempted several previous try's but to make her happy we tried again with the same result. She told us that our credit card must've expired, I explained that it hadn't. She then directed us to use the other gate which we did while we were she was on her two way with the office who told her that'd been having problems with that gate all day. So she passed us through without any apology. Pit stop needs retrain this person on respect and customer service totally unacceptable. We pay a monthly fee on to be disrespected. read more

Absolutely awful to be charged 2 times per month, while I was overseas, and they refused to give us a refund for the overpayments. never been overcharged by any business and then was not able to get the extra payment back.!!! Service also used to be good- now the car comes out with dirt and grime when it was not that way initially. It was spotless and dirt free when it first opened. Have you ever found yourself on the MS Gulf Coast and looked at your car and thought to yourself: Damn dude, your car looks like crap? That has happened to me many times. Unfortunately there has not really been a convenient drive-thru wash in the area. Now that Pitstop has opened, I can get my ride shining on my way in town. This wash is conveniently located across the street from Claiborne Hill Supermarket. I suggest you shop, wash, then roll out. It'll give your car extra drying time as opposed to wash, shop, roll out. This car was is one of the newer type washes that are popping up everywhere (but MS Coast). You pay at one of the two kiosks, drive up, a dude washes off bugs, and you ride through the wash (no hands, no brakes, windows up). When you exit you have the option of free vacuums if you are so inclined. The first time I visited this wash I ended up with soap left all over my car. On subsequent visits they've gotten it dialed in and I left soap free and shiny. If you need your ride to look good, Pitstop is where you should stop. read more

I got a best single wash and after it was done I wasn't happy with quality so I spoke to Brennon and he went out of his way to make it right he gave us clothes for the bugs on the front and offered a second wash! Be careful what you press on the buttons because if you press the wrong button by chance, they're gonna be charging you every single month and exorbitant amount of money. This place pitstop must make so much money off of people making a mistake on that pushbutton crappy machine that they have. I will never ever go to pitstop car wash ever again.
