The incredibly friendly and sweet staff posts Facebook videos and pictures everyday so you can see what your dog is up to and how they're doing. They took great care in understanding any dietary needs and habits, and made sure to place My dog with other dogs that she'll play well with. The kennels are carpeted and clean which I appreciate much more than concrete floors and chain link fences. They also offered grooming services and did an excellent job cleaning my dog before we picked her up. You can tell that the staff here love what they do and truly love dogs. Clean Paws will always be my first choice for boarding and grooming services in the Irwin, PA area.

Angus would always get super excited when we got to the Pet Hotel - couldn't wait to get inside and socialize with the people and other dogs. Our first trip back in 5 years with our new bull terrier pup, Arlo, looks to be no different. You get to drop off your pet bed, so nighttime is familiar. You can drop off food, as well, labeled for correct dispensing. There are walks and yard time. A full doggie spa - should you choose. We love it here and have NEVER worried about the happiness of our pet or the level of care given by the long term staff. They love the four-leggers just like we do!

She has clear nails & the untrained eye could visibly see there was more nail that needed trimmed. The staff at the store was friendly. However my issue arose when I emailed the owner and asked if I could bring my dog back for the nails to be corrected for free because they were too poorly done to ignore. The owner sent a very aggressive email back, saying that I should go elsewhere & that his business would never make a mistake, and it's my misunderstanding. I later saw him do the same thing to someone in the comment section of my local Facebook page. Absolutely embarrassing & disgusting behavior for an old man. Unbelievably poor behavior as a business owner. I've given this place multiple chances between grooming and boarding and every time has been subpar. I have never complained until this time, because I was hoping they could redeem themselves somehow. The staff who is there is nothing but nice people, but the owner is nasty & should not be given the platform and ability to serve the public that he has. I can't recommend avoiding this place enough. The owner was so worried about being mean that he never bothered to do any "quality control" on the services being performed. Mediocre services, friendly staff, but disgusting ownership. Pathetic.
