Cool midsize park! Lots of green areas, a tennis court, a volleyball court, a good walking path paved trail, and a good size kid's playground! Good shaded areas, good seating areas. Good for groups. Also, bathrooms are available. And sometimes the city plays movies here for the kids and for the community! read more

Pittsford Park - Parks Near Me - Lake Forest, California

Enjoyed a lovely day with family listening to live music. The park is huge and beautiful for walking while listening. The families that join are kind and fun. Lots of vendors to fill time and try some tasty eats. read more

I like the layout of this park, but like most public areas in Lake Forest, it's filthy! Trash is strewn everywhere, and trashcans are overflowing. There has been a broken trashcan with exposed, jagged metal there for about a month. Tetanus, anyone? I've seen all manner of items laying in the grass here, from used condoms to used tampons. Disgusting. I am not sure why Lake Forest attracts so many litterbug residents, but I've never seen so many people who are willing to "crap where they eat". I think the city should hire a full time cleaning crew for the parks and trails. I don't want to take dogs to the parks, let alone kids, and specifically not Pittsford. read more

I often forget this park tucked inside two major streets El Toro and Lake Forest next to an elementary school and residential homes. This park is often busy with little ones running around, up the hill and rolling down, riding their scooters and playing on one of three playground structures. Its not the cleanest or newest park around but it is definitely a Fun neighborhood park that my boys can explore for hours. There is a see-saw, plenty of swings (one that looks like a chair), sand, tons of running space, benches with full view of the playground, and tons of grass. Dont be deceived it goes beyond the tennis courts and volleyball court. I plan to host my sons birthday here and its only $25 to reserve the covered tables if you're a resident of Lake Forest. read more

There are two large play structures. One is for older children and the other for younger. The gazebo had 4 picnic tables for the party we went to but it may hold 6 or 8 tables. Reservations for events in the gazebo are recommended. The grass areas are massive. A ton of room to walk and run around. read more

Pittsford Park is a quiet neighborhood park next to an elementary school. You can walk or jog the perimeter which is a little more than 3/4 mile. There is a large play area for the tikes. Restrooms are well-kept. Most of the park is grass for some frisbee throwing or other activities. The reserved sheltered picnic area is rather small. read more

Great playground, tons to do Lots of hills to run up and down Bathrooms aren't fancy but they're definitely better than others I've seen! I haven't had a problem with seeing trash everywhere, maybe after a birthday party (but that's expected) Plenty of street parking Great workout if you just walk around in circles! Drinking fountain don't really work. read more

Lovely park. It's about a 1/2 mile walk from my house which I love. The park itself is clean, and very modern. Can't wait for some of the holiday events and summer concerts coming up! read more

Pittsford Park - Fun!!! - Parks Near Me - Lake Forest, California

Went back to Pittsford today and I was sad to see that the park is seeing some neglect. Many parts of the park are now breaking down or broken. Slides are cracked, paint is peeling, and bars are starting to rust. It seems that most of the city's money is going to the Sports Complex up the street, but Pittsford deserves better than to die a slow death. Makes me sad... read more

Nice small park that you can walk around and relax. Has a playground and is good for kids. Also has two tennis courts that operate on a first come, first serve basis. There is a flat grassy area that makes it a great place to play some soccer or football with some friends. read more
