He does not know how to be considerate of people's time and taking time off work to give ample notification, atleast on the day before the surgery. The first time he cancelled, we were notified once we got to the hospital and the second time he cancelled, we were notified 10 mins before our arrival time to the hospital. My nephew injured himself two months ago and the first time they put a cast on him, they did not realize that he actually needed surgery so he was MIS-DIAGNOSED. After a month of wearing a cast, they took reviewed the X-ray and then realized he needed surgery. His forearm is still in a cast after 2 months and still no surgery because this doctor keeps re-scheduling and cancelling. My nephew has not been able to work all summer and has not been able to heal properly due to not having the needed surgery. He has no consideration for the patient whatsoever. We pulled him out of this doctors care and his now with a new doctor who will be seeing us immediately. We are now requesting his medical records from this office, hopefully we get it without any problems or headache. I would avoid this doctor at all costs.

My schedule fluctuates and ... then there's the traffic. That said, if I'm 30 min late, no problem. If my wife & son make it in separately, I just go in alone. If I miss a day I just pop in the next day. If I miss 2 visits in a row, I get a call asking if I'm OK and to see when I'll make it by - WOW! For the price, I've read all the others saying they were excessive. I wholeheartedly think those posts are exaggerated at 3x to 5x or even higher than the actual price quote. I pay less for chiropractic for my family of 3 than my monthly internet/cell service. I've seen chiropractors in VA, GA, and researched the Laurel area, and McAuliffe Chiropractic had on par or better prices than all others. Their intake process takes a few days (x-ray, review, one-on-one consult, and personalized health plan). This IS the industry standard prior to an adjustment. 4 chiropractors in 3 states - they all had a similar process. Don't be soured by the first 3 days of a 2 year (or decade) relationship. Anything less would be shortsighted and medically ill-advised. In summary, Dr. T has focused on wellness through routine service. He doesn't run a "fly by night chiro service;" and you won't find "pay 'em and forget 'em" chiropractic here. However, if you're seeking a Wellness Chiropractic Center with weekly or so visits and a family-friendly, proactive engagement, seek no more!

Obviously, no one looks forward to being injured, but this is the place to go to if you need skillful care. Dr. Tim and his staff are so kind and really listen to their patients/clients. They take into account what the client is experiencing and they adapt treatment programs accordingly. If you are an athlete or not athletic at all, you will love this place equally. It is the most comfortable environment to go through physical therapy. My teenage daughter has a sports-related injury and I trust her care here. I have seen non-athletes be just as pleased with their treatment. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY!!!

I I was concerned about having a competent therapist for my back pain as I have inconsistent experience with therapists before. Some were very attentive while others were not. The therapist who I am working with is extremely competent and caring. I was amazed that after one visit the next day I had no pain. The same happened after the second visit. I asked the therapist for activities that I could do on my own at another pool and he quickly emailed me what I needed. I look forward to working with him as I continue with my therapy!

From our very first appointment, I felt confident in her expertise, and her care over the years has been excellent. If I were rating based on her alone, this would easily be a 5-star review. Unfortunately, the overall experience with the orthopedic office is very different. The insurance department, which appears to handle requests for multiple offices, really needs improvement. Pre-authorizations are consistently a struggle, and calls from the dept. are often not returned in a timely manner--if at all. I recently spent over 2 months waiting for an update on a medication request, only to discover (after contacting my insurance company myself) that the request had never been submitted. This was especially frustrating given that I'm preparing for a 2nd out of country travel in April and need to manage my pain care ahead of time. It's disappointing that such an outstanding doctor is supported by such poor administrative processes. I genuinely hope the office addresses these issues, because patients--especially those dealing with pain and recovery--deserve far better.

I used to look forward to therapy because it was actually quite fun. And the front desk receptionists were extremely nice and accommodating when I needed to reschedule or contact insurance. The office is also very sensitive to culture and go out of their way to ask you if you're comfortable with certain things. I really appreciated it.
