The worst has been trying to get a Rx filled and having to call numerous times to get it filled and then having to physically go there to see what was done with the pre auth team. This has been since July 2025 and three weeks later, still not being handled properly. The rest of the staff is helpful but Dr. Baral and her team has dropped the ball.

I've been in PT for several months at this location and felt they were doing a wonderful job with…read moremy recovery from an on duty injury to my shoulder. All was well until I was required to miss a week of scheduled therapy. I lost an Aunt (my mother's sister), on December 28, 2019, and had to travel out of town for the weekend prior to a major Holiday. I notified ATI, in advance of my trip, by train, to take my mother, who is blind, to bury her sister. I advised them I would miss 1 day of therapy and would return the following week for my scheduled appointments. Well low and behold, myself and my mom caught colds while on the 13 hr, each way, freezing train. While I arrived back from my weekend round trip, in time to return to therapy...I was sick and so was my mom. We had colds! I notified ATI of my situation and advised them, I wouldn't be in. I called each day because the person taking my call, insisted on scheduling me for the next day, for each of my M-W-F appointments.....scheduled me first for Tuesday, then Thursday, instead of trusting I might know when I was well enough to return. Mind you, I was sick and caring for my sick mother as well! When I called on Wednesday, I was placed on the phone with Jessica who warned me "I'll give you today", as if that was going to automatically cure my symptoms on demand. I missed the Friday appointment as well and was scheduled me for Saturday (didn't even know they were open on Saturday's), so I returned to ATI, still not feeling well but I felt pressured!!! Unfortunately, life happens! That's when the foolery started. Determined to have me recovered as promised to who knows, the therapy intensified, resulting in pain, mild, but pain again, nonetheless! Jessica has repeatedly called me out for missing a week (as if I had to come in and spread my cold), which sounds accusatory. More than 4 times, she has brought up my missed therapy "well you did miss a week", (actually 3days), as if that is of more significance than my health! Most recently she questioned and commented on my surgeons' treatment plan! The lack of professionalism, on her part, is concerning...therapy takes place in an open, gym environment and to be called out for attendance and have a Surgeon's treatment plan questioned, while others listen, is disrespectful and demeaning! Are attendance and Dr duties new responsibilities for therapists'? I was violated by these most recent encounters. I may need to discontinue my relationship with ATI and go for a more private solution where I am respected and appreciated as a client! Otherwise, the rest of the crew at Largo ATI is fantastic!

However Donna, one of the…read moreoffice staff is extremely rude, disrespectful, unprofessional and dishonest. 11/06/23 - I called to speak with Nurse  Shaylyn or Nurse Shannon. Donna told that they were were not available at the time. I asked for a return call. No one called. 11/07/23 - I called the office again because I have yet to receive a call from Nurse Shannon or Nurse Shaylyn. I mentioned that I previously left two requests for a return call and no one called. Donna informed me that Nurse Shannon says that she was waiting to talk to Nurse Shaylyn about a document that I requested. In either of my phone calls. I never mentioned why I was requesting a return call because I wanted to report Donna's demeanor. Moments later, I visited the office and requested to speak with Nurse Shannon. I was told that she was not available and that she had no availability to speak with me today. I was now told that I needed an appointment to speak with Nurse Shannon and that the next availability was on 11/14/23. I insisted that I would be willing to wait however long it took to speak with Nurse Shannon because this is a time sensitive issue. Donna called the police to tell them that I would not leave. Aww I accepted the 11/14/23 appointment and left the office. I have never been treated this way by a doctor or their staff and I do not appreciate being treated in this manner. I am left with no other option than to leave this review and find another P.C.P.

Secondly went the other day for a weight loss appointment, but i was not feeling good at all. (Chest pain, coughing a lung up, and sore throat) i put a mask on as soon as i got in the office for that reason. I ask could she exam me to see if i had a chest cold? I heard the assistant ask and someone say no i don't have time, in fact send her to another dr? Another dr comes in and I ask for an examination. They wouldnt exam me because that's not what i was there for? Umm your my primary im sick why cant we do both? They said billing issues? Long story short, went to Urgent care next day I l have pneumonia and bronchitis. They couldn't take the time to exam me. Feeling a little patronized. Changing my primary care.

Between her calm soothing voice that guides you through an ATM class or her soft gentle touch in a private session...she has helped me move through the pain and discomfort I have been living with. I was pleasantly surprised that such small gentle movements could have such an immediate response in how I move and feel. The Feldenkrais method is wonderful and with Peggi's guidance I am "relearning" ways to move with more ease and comfort.
