This is the first time I have been able to get PT in my life. Michele explains things, she challenges me but she is friendly and really supportive. And she knows her stuff. My back was so bad I couldn't walk more than a few steps without pain. Sadly this is how most health care is run today. Perhaps the insurance wont pay for the MRI until all the Chiropractic and PT is done but its a terrible process. The staff there is very caring and maybe Im being unfair but it seems like an xray or some diagnostic imaging should have been done of the shoulder to determine the root cause of the pain since I was basically being treated for frozen shoulder when Im bone on bone with a rotator cuff tear.
