She was at the end of the hall, so I got all my daily steps in (hahahaha) and every staff member offered a smile and to help if I looked lost. This happened everyday of her stay, no matter what time I visited. Customer service is my life and not every facility understands that it also extends to friends and family. They did and that made us more comfortable which let her be more comfortable. This was a great experience in a not so great situation.

The location is great, only 5 minutes from my house. The…read morestaff is nice and really helped me get back on my feet, literally! They almost become family. The only thing I did not like is the driving service. They are not allowed to help you in any way which seems odd to me since they are driving disabled individuals. Plague and pestilence is striking everyone around me, so far I'm healthy, but two have been seen here and it's the best place ever! Vomiting and diarrhea and they treated both, rehydrated them, and kept warm blankets so they didn't get cold. I can't WAIT for my turn!
