In January 2015 I had a serious rotator cuff repair along with a bone spur removal. Six weeks later I met my Pivot Peeps, Sheryl, Stacie, and Kelly at the Reisterstown location. They are true angels. Kelly, the receptionist and insurance specialist, is upbeat,friendly, and engaging. She always greets me with a great smile. When I'm having a tough day,Kelly gives the best hugs! A few days prior to my first session,I stopped in to check this location out. Kelly was very knowledgable and offered to call my insurance company for coverage. I'm talking ankle sprains, ankle bruises, broken toe, injured wrist, injured fingers, acl surgery, lower back pain, etc. I love that the specialists, PA-C's, and physical therapists are all so nice. They're all knowledgeable and kind and have great bedside manners. The location is great. This location isn't even my closest office, but I love the gorge Quarry Lake views. The waiting room, patient rooms, and bathroom are always super clean. Most recently, I visited w my ggggf, and I loved the way they tended to her and made her feel comfy about an uncomfortable injury.
