Then, on Monday afternoon, after waiting anxiously to speak with someone, a woman named Carlie (sp)- (kind words for how she spoke and acted) called me and claimed that they do not take Bad Faith Insurance Claims. She was extremely rude, provided me the wrong number for Lawyer Refferal Services, then hung up on me. She repeatedly said how popular they are but dismissed me like I'm not even worth the minuet she gave me. Horrible experience! A little compassion goes a long way but she had none. The number she gave me was out of order and not even close to the number found online. Wouldn't use them ever in the future!
