When the pedicure finally started, the nail tech cut me twice, badly enough that I was bleeding and she had to apply pressure for a while to stop it. I was also nicked several other times on both feet. It was painful and careless. When it was time for polish, I still had the moisturizing mask on with towels wrapped around my legs. The tech told me she would be back and that someone else would do the polish. After the second tech finished painting my toes, she left. I waited about 15 minutes for my polish to dry, assuming the original tech would return to remove the mask and towels--but she didn't. Instead, I saw her start a brand-new pedicure on another customer. I ended up wiping off the mask myself, paid my bill, and left. I skipped the gel manicure entirely and did not leave a tip. I will never return and would not recommend this place to anyone. Don't go.

She always looks annoyed, rolls her eyes, and says "pick your color." That's all fine, but that's the other problem. I asked for a simple color, butter yellow that they had as an option, and they didn't even carry it. Instead, I paid an absurd amount of money for a color I didn't even like, an unfriendly atmosphere and no innovation. I'd like to pay extra and ask for some nail art or at least some French/swirls with cool touches and they didn't even have yellow?!? Don't worry, I won't be coming back. They are there to do the job but do not incorporate kindness & customer service...at a service-oriented business. Many nail techs seem like they REALLY dislike their jobs.
