Very happy with the service and the pizza! Staff was friendly, patient and happy to answer questions. Pizza was extremely hot. Baked on a chewy crust with light sauce, the pizza was delicious. We tried both the meat lovers and the chicken bacon ranch. Both were equally good and we would be happy to return. Loved the atmosphere as the location was busy and filled with people of all ages. I stopped in recently for lunch on a weekday. They weren't super busy when I arrived, but it looked like I'd missed a breakfast or lunch rush as they were out of several kinds of bagels. I went with the turkey sandwich on an everything bagel. Everything was delicious and fresh with a good amount of cream cheese. The restaurant itself was clean, and I saw employees spending time mopping and wiping things down while they weren't very busy. That seems rare these days judging by the state of some places I go to. So glad i tried this place out because it was great! When you walk in there is a clear bakery that stores lots of different pies, cookies, etc. Then there are like 7-8 tvs that have the menu on them. I will say, it took me a while to look through all the items because the menu is huge. We decided to get the garlic croissants and a bagel with brown sugar cream cheese. Both were delicious. We also got some bakery items which were also great! The guy taking our order was sooo friendly and we watched him run around the store doing his tasks. He seems like a great worker! What a sleeper this place is. I was usually going there for a sandwich, usually the Chicken salad sandwich. They are located at 29th and Fairlawn. I never noticed until about the 6th time I was there that they were serving pizza. They serve the Thin style that I like and now it is one of my favorite places. They also have quite an offering of bakery goods. I like it!!! read more

Was craving pizza so we decided to stop here and give it a try. This place is a bakery and has a large variety of menu items ranging from fresh baked bagels to sandwiches, desserts and specialty coffees. The pizza was delicious and hit the spot. The crust was light and airy like a twisted bread stick. The sauce is good and the toppings weren't skimpy. The atmosphere is like a hold in the wall, nothing special. If you have to use the restroom, it's down the supply hall but what's cool is you can see in the bakery area where they are making the pizzas. Service was friendly. Will be back! read more

The 4-stars awarded to this place have everything to do with the coffee and the friendly staff. Having never been to this place, I was unsure what to order... staff very wisely suggested their favorite coffee (collectively), and they weren't wrong - it was one of the best cups of coffee I've had in a long time. Staff were so kind and so friendly, it really made my morning. All this being said.... the cream cheese was.... gritty. I can't think of any other way to describe it. It was just gritty. Staff were so great, that had I lived in Topeka, I think I might stop in again for some great coffee and to say hello - but the cream cheese needs a little tweaking. read more

10:20 am. Coffee cold and one out. Bagels took 15 minutes; each toasted with crème cheese. They were toasted as soon as we ordered and arrived at our table cold. Cream cheese bases are "gritty" not sure what's going on. It was only $12.00 for two coffees and two bagels - meh. Personal very upbeat and nice chatting with. Great food. Comfortable to stay and eat with spouse. A nice Date place.

As an out of towner, I was looking for a place for lunch and their pizza sounded pretty good. Although other than their name, there's not really any sign of pizza in the restaurant. Nowhere on their digital menu, but to be fair I didn't ask. I had their chicken panini sandwich. I thought the bread was grilled well and I liked the ingredients, but the chicken was very dry. The atmosphere is diner-like and nice and quiet. The staff was very friendly and efficient. Their menu has several items that seem good for both breakfast and lunch and perhaps I didn't have what they do best. Overall the experience was alright. read more

We were in Topeka from out of town. Me and my kids have a tradition of finding a local pizza place when we travel. The pizza was great. We ordered a cheese and a supreme as well as the cheesy bread. Will definitely keep this on our list when we're through Topeka again. read more

I called in a pizza order and went to pick it up at the time I was told it would be ready. I stood at the counter for long enough for a line to form behind me. When the employee finally came to the counter she asked me to move to the side so the people behind me could place their order. I figured she knew I was there for a carry out and I thought maybe it wasn't ready yet, so I didn't think much of it. I stepped to the side and she proceeded to take 2 orders and help another customer with a carry out order. Then she walked away without helping me. When i saw a guy come out of the kitchen area, i asked him to help me. I paid, then left the store. When i got home and looked at my pizza, i noticed a few things. My pizza was the wrong crust, and the toppings were sparse to say the least. I am very disappointed with my experience. read more

Here's the deal, the sandwiches are good. I do like their turkey croissant sandwich and I have enjoyed their club sandwich. But for what you get versus what you pay, it's not great. In my turkey croissant, there were two slices of turkey meat... two... that's pretty sad. $26 for two sandwiches plus two bags of chips and two drinks... plus a tip. So $32... yikes. Their sammies should come with the chips. I just feel like you really don't get enough. The service is always good and I do dig their breakfast sammies. read more

I've been to this establishment several times, typically with a group. Simply put, I believe they have the best pizza in Topeka.

I only tried their bagels. Chocolate chip is our favorite. The people behind the counter were always very friendly; they just treated us and everyone else nicely like apologizing if they didn't get to attend to the customers right away because they were busy. We definitely will try their other food items if we have a chance to do so. read more

Went here for bagels for myself & co-workers. Got 2 dozen assorted & wanted to order 2 8 oz cream cheese. The girl in the window helped me do the party pack instead to get 4 cream cheeses for basically the same price so I was very happy! Everything tasted amazing and I will be back for sure! One thing I do wish is that they labeled the cream cheese containers however since the plain and cheddar pepper had a resemblance.
