My parents ordered the Supreme pizza which was very good she said-and she's picky! We both had a Sangria which I had the red and she had the blood orange. They also have beer as well as soda, and tea. I usually get a small gelato to go but after looking at the flavors none of the ones they had captured my taste buds. I recently was at this Spin Pizza and had a great experience. We arrived for an early lunch on a Saturday and it was not super busy. The staff were attentive and the service was great. The restaurant was clean as well. I tried their Detroit style pizza, and it was very good. I got the meat combo. It comes with 6 good sized pieces, and it is a thick and filling pizza. I ate two pieces, and brought the rest home and made two more meals out of it. We feel they have some of the best pizza and salads you can buy. The food, service and ambiance are all top drawer. And the gelato is also superb. Our family of four, two adults two children went to spin pizza for lunch today. On the positive side, the atmosphere was very conducive to the family. We could have conversation. The space was good. The staff was attentive, precise, and genuinely engaging. However, it costed 80 us nearly $80 for a sandwich, an appetizer of meatballs, half of a salad and pizza for the kids. The child's PIZZA was inedible. We had to feed him once we got home. The crust had ballooned in two places, taking out more than half of the pizza with big air bubbles that had burned black. On a cold Tuesday night, I and my relatives ordered 3 meals, two mini Mia, and I splurged and got a 12 inch Sausage and onion pizza, a 1/2 Sonoma salad and a cup of the Minestrone soup. The soup was nothing like I had ever had as a minestrone. It had meat in it, no pasta, and a funny sour, spicy taste in the finish. I finished the cup, but I am not going to rush out to have it again. The 1/2 Sonoma salad, which included grapes, walnuts and goat cheese along with a blood orange vinaigrette was quite good. I could see ordering a full size one and adding some sort of meat with it, be it chicken salmon or shrimp. The pizza was good, and not as floppy as some Neopolitan style pizza. This pizza definitely had a nice crust, a good amount of sausage. The onion flavor was a bit muted. A very good pizza. And I prefer this 12 inch to the 7 inch as the pieces are "normal" size and the toppings distribute better. Spin is an interesting shop that I would consider going to again. The Mini Mia feels like it is better for lunch than dinner. The choices are good, and with all the ingredients available, a person should be able to fashion a pizza together to their liking. read more

Ordering was simple by looking at the wall menu, placing your order with the cashier, receiving a number, and deciding where you wanted to sit in the restaurant. Drinks come quickly, followed by your food order. Servers come by to check up on your status, clear any plates, and refill your drinks. My roast beef sandwich was actually very good with minestrone soup. The pepperoni pizza is not wood fire but still comes out hot and tasty. Service is great at this location. I asked for no pine nuts on my pizza but was still charged for them, (pine nuts are $8.00 a pound) so declining them should have reduced the price of the pizza. Especially when they charge $2.50 for each topping. $2.50 for anchovies and I received 2 1/2 little tiny pieces of anchovy on the entire pizza. 2 inches of crust still showing for lack of toppings. I got take out, so I can't really comment on the service but judging from other reviews, its questionable at best. I ordered the small Pesto Chicken pizza, $14 actual US dollars. It came out looking like it had been sliced by a blindfolded person. Not a big deal, just lazy. The pizza had at least 2 inch, bone dry, continuous radius of crust flanking the perimeter. It looked more like a pesto island on sea of flatbread. The amount of chicken was insulting. 8 pieces of cubed chicken. An average of 1 cube per slice. Unbelievably disappointing considering the price. Taste was predictable, decent, but zero value. Almost any pizza place in town, small time or corporate, will make far better use of your hard earned money.
