This wouldn't be as important however it does cause changes with the quality of the food, menu items, and service. Currently, the store seems to be leaning more in the directly of Greek cuisine. I've been a loyal customer of Boli's for the past 3-4 years and have never had any issues--until tonight (4/9/25). I placed an online order around 8:45 PM for a tray of 30 buffalo mild wings. To confirm everything was in order, I called the store and was told the food would be ready for pickup in 15-20 minutes. However, when I arrived around 9:30 PM, I informed the cashier I was there for the 30-wing tray. For the next 10 minutes, they couldn't find my order and kept going back and forth trying to locate it. Eventually, they discovered that the cook had completely missed the order. The staff seemed just as surprised when the cashier asked about it. As a result, I had to wait another 15-20 minutes while they prepared it from scratch. This was frustrating and disappointing, especially given my past positive experiences with Boli's. On top of that, the cleanliness of the store was extremely poor. There was a strong, unpleasant smell as soon as I walked in. This visit really left a bad impression, and I'll be seriously reconsidering whether I give them my business again in the future. read more

Easy to order online for delivery. The delivery driver was extremely punctual and very polite. That he showed up 15 to 20 minutes before the estimated time was a nice bonus. It's been a few years since I ordered from this particular location, but being in town on vacation gave me the opportunity, and I'm glad the quality is still the same. The pizza tasted great as always, but my real favorite is the cheeseburger sub, which a friend introduced me to from Pizza Boli's over 20 years ago. I order one whenever I've got the ability to. The one I ordered tonight was just as excellent as any that I've had before. Only now, I'm sad that all I have left is an empty sub wrapper... I wish I lived closer to this restaurant... any of their locations, really, as I have never had issues with the various locations I've visited or ordered from. Store will not honor online order coupons through slice. The delivery for this place is always slow and service lacks common courtesy with most employees rude at best. Never ventured to eat in there because it is an extremely inconvenient spot for parking. read more

pick up my I ordered three extra large pieces and 12 hot wings It was to celebrate my child's birthday got home. Everything was going well as one of my children was chewing her pizza. She felt something strange in her mouth noticed and alerted me looked at it when she pulled it out. It was a piece of wire immediately called the store. They didn't speak good English went to the store cashier had to call the owner while they were trying to figure out what it was. The owner was very unapologetic was more so concerned about the other OK gift card. I made a call to corporate someone from corporate I believe or another store reached out to $50 online credit tell me I need to open up an account in order to use it for online only I refused the owner called me about and I quote I beg you ma'am can you please take the post down? He proceeded to pretend that he was very apologetic but he was not because he continue to beg me to take the post down because it was hurting his business. I explained that that could've been a toddler eating that slice and had no knowledge of how to remove something mouth been someone that was really hungry chewing and not paying attention. Avoid them!!!!! Scam artist !!!!! Just tried using a coupon that was placed on my door this week for a 2 sub special for $20.99. We ordered two of these plus a $15.99 pizza and soda special. The total he gave was $71. This didn't sound right. I asked him to break it down because my calculations is only coming up to $63. He said I'm giving you a discount. I said break it down. The pizza crust lacks crunch... service is awful the person seemed so disinterested, we said eat in. Came set for going home. We reminded her that we are eating in. She was like that's fine. Got a flyer in my door, decided to try them. Called at 7:43 to order two pizzas . The Order take could figure out my address, I spelled it out 4 times. He said " I guess the driver will find it," that should have been my clue.... he aid 45 minutes s. Gave him my credit card number . All done. Call back at 8:59, pizza not yet delivered, was told it's in its way, but if it's not there in 15 or 20 minutes call me back and I'll give you a credit. Finally at 9:15 the pizza arrives. It was put in as a cash order. I didn't have cash, that's why I paid by credit card. The driver goes back to the car to sort it out and I call again at 9:16. The order taker says " oh, I guess the guy that put in the card don't put it in right." Really? How about a call back to ask? How about, "Il so sorry, I'll Sort it out"? Instead I got rudeness. Well - they never arrived in my order. When I asked if anything could be done, I received the same response. "we put it in the bag". To be fair, I thought I was missing 6 boneless wings and fries. I did find a box with 4 fried balls - the wings apparently. No fries in sight. Again, response was "we put it in the bag". No customer service. No apology. I ended up paying almost $30 for a 8" sub (very sloppy) and 4 fried balls of chicken. We have been customers of Pizza Boli's before and while it wasn't fine cuisine it was at least consistent. After a move to Frederick, I've ordered subs 5 different times at the Motter Ave location and each time the steak subs have been the worst I've ever tasted ... anywhere! Awful!!!
