I used to come to this Pizza Boli's location at least once a week because I really enjoyed the food. Unfortunately, over time the customer service has gotten worse and worse. The staff doesn't seem as friendly or welcoming as they used to be, and the overall experience isn't what it once was. It's disappointing because I was a loyal customer who kept coming back, but now I don't feel valued. I hope management takes customer service more seriously because this place has the potential to be much better. Tried to give them another chance... After havin a seafood pizza with no real seafood, I decided to give them another chance. Shouldn't have. Ordered online a simple tuna wrap and xl pizza for the kids. Hard to screw up pepperoni and sausage pizza. How do you screw up an order so badly with the order right in your face? Literally the worst. I have been ordering from here for years. It used to be decent, but in the last 6 months the customer service is ridiculous. Not only have I NEVER received my pizza in the time they promised, but tonight they charged my credit card then told me I didn't pay. The driver called the shop and even he didn't understand the customer service person. I showed him my credit card statement showing where I paid, and he was still perplexed standing in front of my door. Asked me to speak to the customer service. I got on the line, and her first words were "you didn't pay", I explained that I did and shared that I had the credit card pending screen. Then she got confused and asked me to verify my card number. We live in the surrounding area and this is our go to pizza. We do not have our pizza delivered because the wait is usually long so we always pick up instead to avoid being disappointed. The ingredients taste fresh and different from the typical chain pizza places. They also have good deals and promotions sometimes (but you will have to ask). I seriously love how "fresh" the pizza taste at this location and I've introduced this pizza to family members and friends and they all agree that it is tastier and fresher than the typical larger chain pizza places. They also have these cool pizza boxes that can be made into plates and even smaller pizza containers which is helpful if you have leftover pizza. I ordered online through Yelp24 to be delivered to my work. I ordered a steak & cheese sub (lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo & extra hot peppers), Fries and carrot cake. What a HUGE disappointment!! The carrot cake was a prepackaged "Sarah Lee" approximately 2" X 2" X maybe 1/2" wrapped in cellophane wrap. The cost of the Carrot Cake was $2.99 and I though I was getting a real piece of REAL Carrot Cake. NOOOO! The fries were in a small Styrofoam container and contained about as many fries one would get in a Wendy's medium fries and only three packages of ketchup. The sub was warm at the best with only a small taste of hot peppers (certainly not extra), no mayo, onions that were chopped and not moist. I sent the so called Carrot Cake and fries back keeping the sub. Now, add on to the bad food poor delivery. The stated delivery time was approximately 50 minutes (Tuesday night, no sports activity - Image what it may have been on a Friday or Saturday night or with sports activity!!). In fact it took more like an hour and 20 minutes, almost 25 minutes after a text from Yelp EAT24 that it was on it's way. The delivery guy could have walked that distance in less time. I contacted Yelp Eat24 through the app and "Elizabeth" responded "that(sp) should be pulling up at any minute, I can also get a hold of the restaurant if you like" I attempted to contact her back after the delivery multiple time but to no avail. My text went unanswered. The delivery guy was very apologetic. I called the restaurant .... My next call is to AMEX to have the bill reduced by the cost of the food I sent back (and the taxes). I was emailed a copy of the receipt and was told it would arrive in 30-45 minutes... over an hour and a half passed by and they finally show up. SAD CASE, my spaghetti was DRY, no sauce, the noodles were overcooked and the chicken... oh that was under cooked and chewy. I only took 2 bites out of it and immediately called to speak to a manager. I spoke to Sam, and he told me the manager was not in, that he can either offer to remake the order or send over something completely different. mind that at this point its 11:50pm and im already tired... so he says that whenever i was ready to call the restaurant, ask for him, and he will cover the next meal. So I called around 9pm today, and try to order a regular cheese pizza and a 2 liter, I even offer to pay for the 2 liter. He (Sam) then goes on to say that he can remake the spaghetti or offer me a salad, or some wings, or the 2 liter for free, or $3 off my order... WHAT?! that is not what he stated the last time i spoke to him which was on 12/31 when i called in to complain. The food was okay, but the prices (at least for the food I ordered) can be considered as total highway robbery. A small gyro being $7 is NOT even worth the taste, and the gyro doesn't taste all that great (unlike authentic Greek gyros, but I didn't expect them to know what the actual gyro should be cooked like). I wouldn't even consider their gyros to be even $4 let alone it costing more than two gallons of gas. Don't order from this restaurant unless you want to be ripped off. read more

I called as soon as I saw the charge on my account and the woman insisted that I was only charged the total that she said. She then told me to call my bank. I called my bank and they confirmed that Pizza Boli's did in fact charge me more than what my total was. So I called again to speak to a manager (who was so rude) and he said that he didn't know what I was talking about and that I wasn't overcharged. Lies! I have the proof in my transaction history.
