I've copied and pasted below my Google review of this store, originally posted early 2020, because I think people should be aware of just inconsistently bad this location has become. --------- I live one mile from this location, and I've been ordering from them for more than 25 years and they have been very good, with accurate and timely orders. Until the past 6 months or so, that is (the last 6 months or 2019). They have become slow to deliver, delivering cold food, inaccurate orders, and just tonight, a pizza so burnt it is inedible. I am considering going back to Pizza Hut, but I stopped using them quite a few years ago for the same reason. June 2021 update: After almost a year of looking like they had finally begun to get their stuff together, the past few months have just been one mistake after another. The food itself has been OK; no more burnt or cold food thankfully. But now they just can't get an order correct. Either they completely miss something, send the wrong item, or make the food wrong. And if they screw something up they will not give you a refund. They claim they "can't" give a refund and instead will give you a free (whatever they screwed up) the next time you order. Right. This store is a lost cause. I've made my last order there and I recommend anyone think twice before they place an order there. read more

I was literally leaving the grocery store when I decided I didn't feel like cooking that night (how Lazy). Anyway, I was driving by and decided to stop here. If you blink once you would literally miss this place. Perhaps I need to slow down because I surely passed right by it and didn't even notice it. Anyway, I turned around and found the gravel in the front area that they consider a parking area. When I walked in, Asia, the preparer, greeted me right away. She was pleasant and friendly. I told her what I wanted and she suggested that i order online while In the store to receive a discount! I ordered two pizzas, one of which was to be thin crust but unfortunately they were out of thin crust. I really wish she would have informed me of what they didn't have prior to me ordering, however, she made my crust as thin as it possible could have been. They must be short on drivers because they made at least 5 stops before coming to my place (i kept looking at the gps map w the car). We called at 1045 and no one answered. I ended up ordering online which has always been reliable. After an hour we called the manager and he assured us that it would be 10-15 minutes. We have FINALLY received our pizza and it is 1 in the morning. It was obvious that the pizza had been sitting for some time. They charged .75 cents for the icing for the dessert which we never received and the pizza was completely wrong. Can you give a place a zero? Maybe even go negative? This domino's is like a deadbeat father. You keep giving him chances, but he just can't get it right. Your job is to make and deliver hot pizza/food. Well thats the issue right there! I live only 5 maybe 7 minutes away and my food is never hot! I order it only because my kids like pizza, and i like to not go get it. Otherwise I'd go down the hill to pizza oven on riverdale road. The last and final time i ordered pizza it took over an hour to get to my house. I could live with that though, if the pizza didn't look like it had survived a car crash (check out the pictures). There is no way the driver didn't know, and if he didn't he's a idiot, but he got his tip so he was good. I called for a redelivery, and that starts the whole process over for me. When the driver arrives he's cool, but he's lingering. Like really lingering for a tip of some sort. Had i not already tipped the first driver WELL. Maybe i would have considered, but i was upset already, and why the hell should i tip twice for service that didn't deserve the first tip i gave? The second pizzas that got delivered looked 100 times better then the initial delivery. I could even see that they had left ingredients off the first order anyways so im glad they crashed it. Wanna pay for subpar service and not so good pizza go here. Some times im lazy, but don't play with my money if im paying for your service. Never ordering from here again. Took almost 2.5 hours to get my order. It actually caused me to have to stay up later when I have work in the morning. I tried to call and ask for a status, but I sat on hold for a total of almost a half hour, during which time they hung up on me. They were not answering the phone. If there was a selection for zero stars I would select that option. This location is subpar at the least. The manager that I had an interaction with was very unprofessional, and nonchalant in rectifying my issue. I had order three pizzas along with two marinara sauces. It took my order two hours to be delivered, and once delivered one of my pizzas was incorrect. Instead of it having beef and onions it had beef, onions, and mushrooms. I did not order mushrooms. So, I contacted the store back, and the manager on duty at the time was very unprofessional, rude, and distasteful. He asked me if the mushrooms were all over the pizza or on some of the slices. What an insult. I informed him that I do not like mushrooms, and it is all over the pizza and also the driver forgot the two marinara sauces. He assured me that he was making another pizza for me, and to have the driver pick up the incorrect pizza once he returns. So, an hour goes by. I did not receive a phone call nor text of my new pizza being on the way. This incident occurred on May 16, 2019 at 9:14pm. Now, it is going on 11pm. I call back no one is answering until almost 11pm. The same manager again answers the phone, and states that the only order in the system for my address was earlier. I became very upset, and requested a refund. The manager stated that it would take 1 to 3 business days for it to be in my account. Now, it has almost been week and I have yet to speak with anyone from this franchise since I reported the manager, and made a compliant to the corporate office. As of today, May 22, 2019 my issue has not been rectified. I have not receive my refund. I would not recommend anyone to spend their time or money at this place! They delivered a ham and pineapple pizza. I drove there and asked for the correct pizza. After talking to 5 people and 45 minutes later no pizza. They did not start to make it. If I could give minus it would be a minus 10. I have called this location numerous times only to have the phone sat down and after 10-12 minutes hung up. My order was never taken. I have even called from a private # (we must block our work #) and after hanging up on me 5 times they now have a recording that they do not accept private numbers or numbers with caller ID blocked. WTH? When I did get through I asked for a manager and was told they couldn't tell me his name and he wasn't there. We recently had a birthday party for our kids with another family, who said they'd take care of ordering pizza for the party. They ended up ordering from this location and the pizzas took nearly two hours for delivery. Mind you these were five large cheese pizzas, so nothing special or hard about the order. No explanation for why it was so late (we got the run-around on the phone during our repeated calls to ask where the food was), no discount or refund offered, and to top it off, the pizza was cold and tasted awful. This is the message I just left with Domino's Corporate email distribution. Forgive me for any grammatical errors or run-on's. The site only allows up to 1000 characters. "This is my 2nd complaint directed to corporate level without action. On the date in question, I ordered from domino's.com for delivery. The delivery was not made. I called the store after waiting nearly 2 hrs only to be told that the order was changed to carry-out. No person at this location could explain. After asking for the manger, he confirmed the error on his end and I was asked to pick up my order. I arrived at the store, received cold pizza and was promised a full refund and 2 free pizzas of my choosing at any time. Neither have occurred and most likely will not. I voiced my concern using this same method at the end of March 2016 only to be told it was up to the store to address this. The management at this store have refused and I am now prepared for Civil Suit against this location and Domino's. This issue needs to be addressed immediately. I am no longer accepting that since this store is franchised, it becomes their concern. Step up Domino's and take care of your customer." I am still in disbelief that after nearly 60 days I am still dealing with this issue. I have yet to see any attempt to refund my money, any accommodation for delay, or apology for lack of response from any level of Corporate. If there was not sensitive information in the email reply back to me, I would include that as well.
