Good pizza, buffalo wings, and subs! I've been coming here for pizza for 20 years and have always been happy!

Ordered from here since COVID and the food and service was great! the Last month nothing but terrible. The food is way to expensive (22, for a small pizza), the service is down hill, one time we got the notification that our order was ready went to get it and then "oh we never got your order, don't know what your talking about" had to wait another 45 mins for food and no refund nothing for our troubles, when we get delivery no wants to go up the stairs to our door (sorry we on the second floor), or they don't even have the whole order. Each time I call with an issue no "sorry" no refund or gift card. (Another restaurant down the street when then screwed up) sad because theres not to many good places to go get a pizza or grinders. read more

Since we moved back to the Valley, I have ordered several times from Pizza Chef. The past couples times however have not been their usual excellence. Now of course, who orders an omelet form a pizza shop?? Well, this girl. Because when your Monday is extra Monday and you're stuck at work but craving breakfast..you make do. Let me tell you, I was not mistaken it was out of this world. Needless to say one of the best I've ever had. It was a broccoli and ham with cheddar. Cooked perfectly and the cheese plentiful. So why the three stars?? Well, I ordered again last week. Sadly, what I got was no lie, an omelet floating in butter when the delivery guy came. Now some people might say, "It's a pizza shop what do you expect?" When you've ordered many times from a restaurant, you expect the same quality you know and love, the quality that keeps you coming back! So I figured it was a one off. My coworkers ordered later in the week so I grabbed a quick burger and some fries. I was instantly sick after finishing the burger. Some places use frozen patties sure if that's what works for you, absolutely not something I expected from Pizza Chef. But I was starving so I ate it. Within 15 minutes I was sick. Pretty bummed, I love this place and am a rewards member, it's literally the only "fast food type" I eat. Delivery is always prompt. Very good experience. The woman at the counter greeted us as soon as we walked in, even though it was lunch time and very busy. Pizza by the slice is very reasonably priced. We ordered mozzarella sticks, cheese and pepperoni pizza by the slice, and a toasted turkey sandwich. They brought the food to our table very quickly. The mozzarella sticks were excellent: hot and crisp on the outside, fresh and melty on the inside. Toasted turkey was also very good: toasted just right and very tasty. Pizza was very good Greek style pizza. Not the best I've ever had but still certainly very good. My only slight complaint is that the pepperoni pizza by the slice seemed to be cheese pizza with pepperoni thrown on top and heated up. This is just my preference and the pepperoni was very good. Not too expensive for a family of four either. Would definitely recommend. read more

This place has the most disrespectful drivers and poor management. Lets there workers do what they want. The drivers will sit in the parkinglot for 10-20mins on there phone then they deliver the food like seriously!? One of them almost caused an accident because they were texting and driving. Not to mention that the drivers leave there cars on blaring music and flys threw the parkinglot this isnt a dragway!! We have never tried the pizza here but we love the subs and fries! Tonight our delivery order arrived well within the delivery estimate, but because it was towards the end of the window the manager sent along chips and cake! Honestly at the end of a long day in the middle of a never ending pandemic, the kindness of that gesture nearly made me cry. read more

I have lived in town my entire life and shifted my loyalty to Pizza Chef. I have gotten food from them many times and have never been dissatisfied with anything. The specialty pizzas and subs have been great, especially the philly cheesesteak pizza and their steak and cheese subs. I can't imagine trying anyplace else in town for pizza shop food. read more

Dropped rating to one star because received chicken broccoli alfredo dinner which in their menu is $10.95 but was billed $12.95. Ok two bucks but hey there are price disclosure laws in this state and I would not have given them such a big tip had I known I was getting ripped off. This is the first place I ordered from in the area and it did not disappoint! I haven't found a single thing on the menu that hasn't been delicious. The crust on the pizza is a perfect combination of crisp crunch with a soft fluffy inside. The menu has a good mix of inventive and classic. Definitely the place to go around Millbury/Sutton for Pizza, subs and much more. The subs have always been outstanding. Fresh bread and no skimping. Pizzas and all the other dishes we've ordered have always been on par as well. We do both delivery and pickup and never had any issues with drivers, timing or with any of the front counter staff in the restaurant itself. Always friendly and on top of their game. As far as receiving what we've ordered goes, 99.9% of the time, it's perfect but like any similar place when it's super busy, things do get missed or done incorrectly and with the one or two times it's happened to us, they've made good on it without question. read more

The food is always great here! My family and I order here frequently and always have a great meal.

First off the food is very expensive i only got 2 pizzas and one large and one small and a small broccoli bite and it cost over $30.now i could look past that but the pizzas were very cheap on toppings and had no flavor to the pizzas at all. And the broccoli bites i got tasted and looked like they were cooked in very old oil. And when i asked about pricing the guy said thats the price and i felt he didnt it was a take it or leave it attitude. I will never ever step foot in his pizza shop again. read more

Never had an issue with ordering from the Pizza Chef. Deliveries were usually on time. The food was good. The convenience of ordering online was even better. I liked that they have a rewards program for their customers. However as of tonight I will no longer be ordering from them again. For some odd reason I was told that they will no longer deliver to me because it takes to long. For a year they have taken my money without a problem. So anyone living in Sutton and surrounding towns the Pizza Chef will not deliver to you. read more
