Menu is too big to make any type of quality food. Ordered a veggie grinder - which came out filled with a combination of green beans and squash! Yuck!! When I politely sent it back, the waitress did not offer to replace it nor did she remove it from our check. Our stromboli was greasy and overall service and atmosphere was well below par. 5 stars for the food, negative 2 for the ability to get the order right. Every time my wife and I have ordered from here the food has been good but they've screwed my wife's order up. It's to the point where if I get something from here I'll make a separate stop for her dinner. Tonight I sat on the phone for 5 minutes because the counter guy couldn't get my sandwich right no matter how many times I spelled it out. There were no crazy mods, I just wanted a sandwich they have listed without the lettuce, tomato and onion. I repeated my order multiple times and corrected the guy multiple times as he said the wrong thing back to me, and after correcting him multiple times he said he's got it. Not only was there lettuce, tomato, and onion mushed in on top of the sandwich, but it wasn't even the right sandwich. When they get the order correct it's solid takeout, but it really sucks having to roll the dice on which part of it is going to be wrong each time. read more

Hip Hip Hooray for the PC Pub. My lova introduced me and now each time we visit we always stop in to say hello. It's a fantastic place in the valley to get good old fashion za. The staff is always super friendly and they tend to have great live music, at least during the holidays. read more

This place is horrible! The owners are absolutely rude and so are most of staff. I ordered a small stromboli for pick up got there they rang up the order and was charging me $30. When I questioned the price she got the owner and he was so ignorant, when I told him what I ordered and asked why so expensive he said as he lifted the lid open this is what you ordered I ordered a large which I did not, he got pissy and threw the lid down and told the kid just make her a small. I told him to forget it and left. First of all their loaded stromboli with everything in it is $20 for a large so please tell me how a stromboli with just mozzarella cheese, onions and green peppers is $30. If your that desperate for money maybe you should shut down. I'm so sticking with Vince and friends!!! Never again. I can't stand people who treat people like they are beneath them. Not happy! I ordered take out tonight and they said it would take 10 minutes, I got there 20 minutes after calling and my food was not ready. I then stood there waiting for my order for another 10 minutes! Then to top it off I got all the way home to find that they messed up the order and I was not able to eat the meal I paid for because of their mess up. We just went there with my niece and nephew, a little smoky even in the non-smoking section. Bar and restaurant, local bands paly, although none the night we were there. The pizza ia good and the meatball parm sub was really good. We will definitely go back again. read more

I really do have to agree with these other posts. The workers are all very rude everytime I have been there. Went there on a weekend night when a band was playing with a few friends about an hour before the band started and when it got near time to start someone came up and told us we needed to leave...what?? Personaly they should have stayed at their old location this newer place is to big for them. They are unable to handle it. read more

Not sure why we keep going back. I guess in hopes that things improve. But no such luck last night. Poor inattentive service from young servers who overtly display an attitude that serving is beneath them. Seated by hostess then ignored for 10 minutes. Drink order taken and brought soon enough. But then ignored for another 10 minutes. Meal order taken then the big wait of 40 minutes before our two meals arrived. But only part of each meal. Side of veggies came just as my wife finished her meal. Side of sausage arrived 10 minutes after pasta entree arrived. No bread offered. We had to ask for it. Only to get a basket of stale rolls. The seats are filthy. Sugar caddy had one sugar packet in it but loaded with crumbs. Had to battle an aggressive house fly all during the meal. Salt and pepper shakers were just about empty. Parm cheese not on the table or even offered. Obviously no manager working this night. Check dropped off then we were ignored again for 20 minutes. Gave up on trying to pay with the credit card and managed to rustle up enough cash to leave on the table before walking out. Insanity = keep going back expecting different results? Talk about a rude staff!! I used to love it here, so much we would spend about $100 a week on takeout for my family. Had the worst experience on Saturday. Ordered online and never had an issue. I placed 2 orders and they said they didn't receive my 1st one. They said they'd make it and it would be about 10 minutes which I knew it would be longer but was willing to wait. I looked to my husband and said I had the receipts that said both orders were received. All of a sudden one of the owners comes out slamming his hands on the counter and yelling at me that they didn't receive it saying I was mumbling under my breath. I told him to make the order. Then the mother comes out telling me to shut up and get out of the restaurant. I work in retail and would never think of speaking to a customer the way or in the tone they did. Never will I set foot in this dump with their rude staff again!!! He said they're family owned and never had a problem in 41 years which I find very hard to believe if they treat customers that way!! I had been to this place before and was impressed, but went back last Friday and it was forgettable. Service was snippy and slow, food was ok. Wait time was too long, dining room atmosphere left much to be desired. Also, they had TV's everywhere, it was baseball season and none of them were showing the Phils -golf everywhere and a chef contest. read more

This review is based on the two menu items I tried, which were both about the best I ever tasted...the grilled chicken parm sandwich and the French dip. Both excellent! Nice ambience too. If there is any constructive criticism at all, I might suggest that the wait staff, while civil, be a little more engagingly friendly with customers who are non-regulars. Rude and uncooked! My husband and I went there for dinner on Saturday evening around 4. The place was empty and our waitress came right away. When she brought our food out, she said she was leaving the check as she "had to get back to school". My husband noticed right away that his burger had blood on the roll - he does not eat medium rare, only medium. He cut the sandwich in half and took 2 bites, put the burger down and said he could not eat it that way. Someone found our waitress who took the burger back to the kitchen to see what could be done. She came back minutes later and told us the response was "that's the way you ordered it, so that's the way they made it". She left the check and that was that. Any time I have been to a restaurant that the food was NOT eaten and NOT cooked to order, the sandwich was taken off OR remade. No one came to talk with us but the waitress. Didn't even have a yelp account before today but after the treatment we received this weekend from this offensive place I decided to sign up and will sign up on any and every board I can to post a review about this place. Food: We "used" to go here all the time, not because the food is that good but because it is local. We have eaten in and taken out from here for years. As of late the food has been horrible. We ordered a pizza last week that had so much cheese on it, it was disgusting. I love cheese too. The cheesesteaks haven't been very good either lately. Service: As I said above we go here a lot as do all of our friends. This weekend we were in the car all weekend looking at homes to purchase in the area and thought we would stop in and watch the 2nd half of the Eagles game and brought our friends son with us. First we walked in. The place was crowded and I asked a server if it would be okay to pull the one and only table left away from the wall and bring over bar stools, was "sure" with rolling eyes from server and no they didn't bother to help either. Once we sat down another server brought us a menu and asked about our drink order. My boyfriend ordered a lager and I and our friends son sodas. The server told us she couldn't serve my boyfriend because he "staggered" when he was walking in. I informed her, he hadn't been drinking we had been in the car all day and he has a handicap that interfers with his walk. He walks with a pretty bad limp and when his back is aggravated (sitting in a car for 6 hours) it makes it very difficult for him to walk. He has had this issue for years and has never been told he can't be served before. She said, "oh okay" and went to get the drinks. When she came back she said, "her manager said she couldn't serve him still". At that point, we closed our menus and I told the two of them to go out to the car. I asked for the manager that said he couldn't be served. Then I see the overgrown bouncer man standing at the bar. I said, what was the problem with serving him and he said he just couldn't because of his walk, that he "went to classes" for this and it was a risk. I informed him I was also a manager of a restaurant and he said that I should understand. No, I really don't understand how you can confuse an obvious walking disability with someone being intoxicated. He needs to go back to "class" and learn the difference. The entire staff there needs an attitude adjustment and obviously the management needs some major work. We will never come there again and after this anyone with a disability should think twice about going there. Horrible service, customer service! read more

I have lived back in the area for about a year now and have been going here on a regular basis and have never once had a problem with their food or service. It gets packed on the weekends and at dinner time, but that is to be expected anywhere. I would rather wait a little longer for my food and it be fresh than have it come out in 3 minutes knowing it was boiled from a bag. I have never had a meal here I was not happy with. At there for dinner with my wife. We have been there several times before. I guess I should have learned my lesson and not gone back. I've never been motivated enough to actually sit down an write a review but after night I decided to take the time out of my schedule to hopefully save someone else the trouble and disappointment of eating at this establishment. First the customer service was horrible. Waited for ever to order and then for the food. While the portion size was large it lacked taste and was very greasy. I understand if they they were busy but the restaurant was not full at all. Drinks were not filled in a timely manner and follow up service was non existent. When i questioned why I was overcharged on my bill the waitress also just said I don't know. I asked to talk to owner/manager and was also treated very poorly. Not to worry will never be eating there again. There are a lot more places to pick from to give business here in the valley. For a family owned business they seem to have forgotten the first rule of business which is good "customer service" if you expect to keep customers and stay in business. The food is very inconsistent. Sonetimes you get a great cheesesteak sometimes its so horrible you can't eat it. I've gotten two totally different turkey and cheese hoagies different meat one time toasted (which I hate and they never mentioned that you have to ask for it to be soft). Today I ordered a cheese steak stromboli and got a chicken steak stromboli. They didn't apologize or offer to do anything special to make up for it. "Just bring it back and we'll make you a new one" was all I was offered. The wings are good and they have a large menu they just dont have everything on the menu all the time. 0 STARS!!! This is the worst place I've ever been to. We went for pasta night, after being seated we were told they weren't haven't pasta night b/c of the holiday. We were also informed they had no steak rolls or baked potato. We were rushed by the waitress siting the kitchen was closing at 8pm. We should have left then. $35.99 for a steak that was 1/2 inch thick, the size of my palm smothered in thin onion rings. My son had to dump all the onion rings off the plate to find the steak only to find it looked like a chopped steak. He like the mac & cheese which cost an extra $7.99 b/c it comes as a meal not a side and since they had no backed potato he wanted something. The salmon with butter & lemon sauce was a joke. Spaghetti & sauce. Pizza my youngest ate one slice & took the rest home only to be thrown out 2 days later along with the pepperoni stromboli my daughter ordered. We will never eat here again. been living in the area for some time and never had any complaints until recently. they moved a few doors down in the strip prob 8-10 years ago and the new place was incredible. great bar, good beer selection, good food. then they got cheap. the nice crispy battered fries switched to run of the mill frozen junk. the menu is to large to really make anything "homemade", i think everything comes from Bova, like every other pizza shop in the area. the burgers and sandwiches are great though. then we have the facility itself, there is absolutely NO upkeep! it's clean for the most part, but the men's room has had a broken sink and out of order toilet stall for YEARS!! i'n not kidding, YEARS! how hard is it to fix a toilet and sink??!!?? there is absolutely no excuse for it! and for goodness sake, put paper towels in the bathroom as well. the blow dryers are fine most of the time, but sometimes you just need a few towels. i hate to say it but the owners just don't seem to care anymore. but, the bartenders are wonderful, beer selection is great, food, for the most part, is pretty good depending on what you order. read more
