On the second visit, I ordered a pepperoni, onion, and mushroom pizza. When I received the order, black olives had been added without my request. After eating the pizza, I became ill. On the third visit, I placed the same order again, and this time Canadian bacon was added without my consent. After this third error, I contacted the store and spoke with the manager, who was unprofessional and dismissive. I was told I would be credited $30, but the overall handling of the situation was disappointing. At this point, my concern goes beyond the credit. Repeated order inaccuracies, long wait times, and poor management response have made it clear that this location does not prioritize accuracy or customer service. Frankly, I would rather pay more elsewhere than continue to have these experiences.
