After getting off the ferry what you want is to pick up a quick, decent meal and eat it at your hotel before going to sleep. That is not possible when items from your order are missing and you have to inconveniently call to try and get it fixed. How do you miss a whole pizza? The first person we called wasn't helpful at all giving us no option but to come and pick one up. No refund, no delivery. We had to call a second time for a second person to ask what can be done and they sent someone from the kitchen to deliver us our pizza and cutlery. NOT TO MENTION THE FACT THAT every single other thing that we got was cold... (besides the Mac and cheese that was so hot I burnt my tongue). This place has caused nothing but trouble and we will never take our business here again ever.
