I used to love Pizza Hut, Greenwich but haven't been in a long time, and I think it'll be a long…read moretime before I go back to a Pizza Hut, Greenwich again. We were first sat at a table right by the toilets, where the chair was in the way of the toilet door, meaning every-time someone wanted to go to the loo we would need to budge out of the way. We asked to move and was moved to another table, but this time the table was dirty. We asked for it to be cleaned and the staff came over and did a feeble attempt of a clean. The table was really greasy. Looking around the restaurant you could really tell that Pizza Hut has let itself go over the years. The pepsi tasted wrong, the glasses weren't exactly 100% clean. Then some of the food we ordered came out wrong, even though the manager repeated the order back to us twice! Not exactly a great trip to Pizza Hut, Greenwich

The main coordinator was late (as usual), so we didn't order until fairly close to the time we had to leave. Because we had tickets to a show at the Greenwich Theatre, we didn't want to be late. While our coordinator/friend was very pushy with the staff, they still handled the situation pleasantly and did everything they could to get our food out in a timely manner. Considering how fast we ate and booked it out of there, I feel really bad for the servers that night for our table, but am impressed at their professional demeanor.

However, when it came time to pay the server informed us that the manager said the lunch special was not available in their store! He said that it might be offered in Scotland and offered us 25% off instead. Considering it was clearly advertised on their window and we ordered off the specific lunch special menu, this was clearly unacceptable. We had the server question the manager, and our charge was corrected However, pulling a fast one like this was cynical. I thought it was because we were visiting from abroad, but a British couple adjacent to us, with the lunch special menu in hand, were told it was unavailable as well. They hadn't ordered yet, though, so they simply walked out.
