We've eaten here a few times and it's been very nice. However they appear to have cut back on staff and today there was just one young man managing the tables, which would normally be ok during lunch but this poor guy obviously only started a few days ago and had very little idea on what to do. The Cook 'forgot' to put our Pizza's into the oven which meant a long delay from starters to main. It's not good enough for a huge chain like this to leave a very obvious newbie in charge of all the tables just to save a little on the wage bill. read more
