Holy moly where to start. My buddy saw the bad reviews and told me not go to, but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, plus I already had another buddy there so I was willing to give them a try. Oh boyo. I first come in and there's only 1 other party besides my buddy. I say "Hey everyone how's it going!" Ya know being nice, and the girl working there named Ashley gives me a look like I just killed someone she loved. Okay cool maybe she's having a bad day. After waiting 10 minutes to order, she finally comes over and it seems like it's a hassle just to take my order. I order a soda, breaksticks, and cheese bread. $15 total and I tip her $5 because maybe it will turn her attitude around and she'll be happy that she got tipped over 30% for once in this hell hole known as Carlin. I get my soda and sit down. Fast forward 50 minutes and none of this food is out yet. My buddy ordered a pizza and 24 wings. There was only two people working so okay understandable but Holy moly it's a pizza. How long does that take? The twisty breaksticks finally come out and was the best part of this whole review. The ranch was good too. No sign of the cheese bread. The pizza FINALLY comes out and it looks pretty rough. The ham on it looks barely cooked. Buddy goes to pick up a piece and all the toppings slides off faster than a lot lizards' pants when the boys come into town. The cheese, meat, sauce, everything. Looks like there is barely any sauce, and buddy is left with a soggy piece of cardboard. Which it was because it was beyond undercooked. I power through my instincts and try to take a bite. Bad decision. Nasteaaaaaaa Cheese bread hasn't come out yet. Buddy goes to get his wings finally and comes back and says she was making your cheese bread but I saw her spill a container of wing seasoning on your cheese bread so she threw it away and is making another one. Doesn't say anything to me lol okay now I'm pissed. Like wtf lmao At this point lunch break is over and I don't have time so I get up don't even say anything about cheesebread and I leave. Worst $20 I ever spent. I really wonder how someone sucks at their job so much, they know they suck, and then they don't make an actual effort to change that. And to top it off, Ashley was absolutely horrible of a person. She also looked like she was on drugs, which is probably true considering this was in Carlin. Don't come here unless you want to get treated like garbage and wait forever for any food you order. You're better off eating cardboard and pretending it was pizza. Good grief. read more

Ordered for delivery and no one showed up after an hour, so I called and they said their delivery driver quit. I asked if I could come and pick it up and they said it would be 25 minutes. When I came in half hour later they hadn't even started it and had no idea how to give a refund. All the girls had attitudes like I was bothering them and the restaurant was run down and looked so unclean. Will never buy from there again read more

Every time I pass through Central Carlin, it's IMPERATIVE to get a slice of the Pizza Factory. This is the only restaurant this side of the Sierra Nevada that delivers such high quality at such a great price. Heck, you can even get 5$ off on Mondays. The customer service is phenomenal, the bathrooms and dining room are top of the industry, and the pizza...I'll let the pizza speak for itself. Pizza Factory? We ate here 2 weekends ago when we were in town for my Grandmas memorial. The service was excellent and the pizza was really good. Lots of toppings, cooked to where the bottom is a little crispy and the dough was flavorful but not sweet (most places the dough is pretty sweet). The sauce was perfect, again not overly sweet with a perfect amount of tang. We also order the twisted cheese bread with garlic and it was great. My mom ordered fettuccine Alfredo, the sauce was pretty thick but had great flavor. Been coming into town a few times a year and will definitely be eating here more often. read more

I really wanted pizza. I ordered two medium pizzas and wings. Since I ordered one with cauliflower crust it turned out to be a small. When I called to let them know. The manager said thats the only size they have in my crust. Not even im sorry I didnt want a refund just what I ordered. I wont be going back their again!!! Yummy! I ordered a small pepperoni- and mushroom- pizza as well as the lasagna. The food was hot and excellent. They really nailed it and delivered everything. The meat in the calzone was cold...young girl put it in the microwave but it was still cold. I ordered the spaghetti and it tasted great until I couldn't swallow anymore come to find out there was mushrooms in the meat sauce! I read the menu like I always do to make sure there wasn't any mushrooms before I order! Clearly this needs to be added as one of the items on the spaghetti! I didn't eat any mushrooms I started reacting before I Did! When my boyfriend asked if there was mushrooms in it....the young girl had to call her boss to find out and I was told the next time to ask before I order! As a manager of a pizza place myself there are clearly some issues! You don't alter recipes to suit you but to suit your customer's!!! I ordered pizza, break sticks, and wings. I asked for 2 of the toppings that the pizza came with to not be on the pizza. Only one was removed, the breadsticks were just dough, no butter, no Parmesan, no garlic, just dough, the wings were the wings you get from walmart in a bag, more than half were burnt. I waited 40 minutes for it all, I got told 20 minutes. I called them and expressed my unhappiness and I got argue with and told that is how the breadsticks come. Then she said she could remake them, I said no thank you I already waited 40 minutes 7p.m. - 8p.m. At night. She said she could refund me for them and I said that is fine. I will call back tomorrow to speak to the owner? I called today and she told me the breadsticks were indeed made wrong, and that the girl last night only said I complained about the breadsticks, pretty much got the same response, I got told "why did you order something you didn't like"? "Why didn't you drive the food back"? I said because it's nighttime and are you going to pay for my gas, like I had to pay a delivery fee?" "We don't do refunds here." Then she hung up on me. I call back and said "why did you hang up?" She said "I'm busy with other things." "There's nothing I can do for you." Still not understanding I ordered what I would normally order from any pizza place and it was made horrible and not correctly as the menu says online. Thankfully my fiancé was not allergic to anything I specifically asked to stay off the pizza, but I don't think they truly would've cared? Then she kept pushing the fact that she would credit me and remake ONLY the breadsticks, I told her I am not from here, how am I supposed to get credit or them remade?
