You enter and walk up the center of the seating area to the counter where you stand in line to place your order. They were somewhat busy so we decided what we wanted before getting in line. Once you order, you choose a seat and wait for them to call you name. Then you go up with the counter area for pick up, and get your food. Our food came out in two different notifications which was somewhat confusing at first since we had the same order as another patron and it wasn't clear who was getting what. We ordered the 14 piece extra crispy wings with an order of mozzarella sticks. Both items came with ranch dressing, and the sticks had marinara sauce also. We split the orders between the two of us and there was plenty to eat and take some home. The chicken wings were crispy as advertised which was good. They were of good size also. They mozzarella sticks were not greasy, or rubbery like they can be when the cool off. They tasted like they were premade and possibly frozen. They did not seem to be house made. The ranch was ok, but nothing special. I would have preferred to have had blue cheese, but that wasn't offered. The marinara was ok as well, but really had not wow factor. If I come back again, I'll have to try the pizza since most of the positive reviews involved pizza.
