He said it was fall off the bone tender. There were parts of it on the outside though that were too hard to chew, as if those parts had been outside of the braising liquid too long. The polenta was grainy and undercooked. Polenta should be smooth and silky. The sauce was too salty. I had the Basque Pasta. I asked the waitress if the mussels were fresh and she told me they were frozen. I never should have ordered the dish. The mussels were so dry and fishy tasting I couldn't eat them, and I love mussels. I even bit down on a couple of pieces of broken mussel shells. There was hardly any sauce so the noodles were dry as well. The cheese on top wasn't melted. I barely touched my dish. Long story short the bank removed the fraudulent charge. 3 days after submitting the report to Domino's I got a call from the store manager asking for additional details. She offered to refund the cost of the order and asked for the number of the card that was used. I declined the offer and requested an update on the results of making her aware of the issue.
