We where in town for a few days and all the locals said that we have to try the pizza from Pizza Factory, because it is great. So we went and got a large all meat pizza and added pineapple too. It only took them about 20 mins to make it from when we ordered it, and it was a busy Saturday night too. Since Pizza Factory no longer delivers to Graeagle, I drove to Portola to pick up pizzas. The pizza is always good, so worth the drive. Unfortunately, because I have to go in and wait about 10 minutes for my pizza I had the opportunity to watch the employees. Not only are they not wearing masks (but I had to), they aren't wearing gloves or anything to cover hair. I stood there watching a teen age girl throw pizza dough in the air, over and over, while she spun around and her long brown ponytail flew through the air. Then, the phone rang, she set down the dough, answered the phone, wrote something down and came back to her dough- without stopping to wash her hands. when i ordered there was 1-2 people inside. ordered a single order of breadsticks and it took over 30 minutes. the man who was prepping the food was wearing his long hair in a messy loose bun without a hairnet as well as very flowy (assuming dirty) clothes and no apron. no gloves either. the food is good but i think the food safety factor could be improved. read more

Living near by with my husbands busy work schedule we love to order pizza regularly, I've given them slack for the last year thinking maybe at some point they would get it together. After today though and the many disappointments before this I would say I don't recommend pizza factory. Today we got our pizza after waiting an hour in a half the wings weren't even mixed in the BBQ sauce and our breadsticks weren't cooked all the way through and completely smushed. Really sucks because it's the only pizza place that delivers in town I hope they get it together. They usually take over an hour in a half to deliver so if you know you'll want pizza for dinner order it around 3! read more

My brother and I ordered the spaghetti with meatballs and some garlic twists and it was horrible. The meatballs were burnt/dry. Most likely made a couple days ago. It also took over 30 minutes to get microwaved spaghetti. The garlic twist were swimming in butter and covered in Parmesan cheese. Really, really disappointed with Pizza Factory. We ordered a pizza to go and I made the mistake of not checking the pizza before getting home. Turns out I was given a burnt pizza that should have never been served. What irritates me more is the lady had to know it should not have been served but did so anyway and clearly she was hoping I would not check the pizza as she distracted me by bragging about her homemade ranch dressing and would be giving me free ranch. Second time here and both times the pizza has been fantastic! The all meat was smothered in meat and the Western BBQ Chicken was very fresh! Only downside was the service... Not rude but not friendly either. Lots of young employees who have no idea what real customer service is. Won't stop me from returning though, the food really is great. read more

Bad service, sub-par pizza, and high prices! We ordered delivery in the middle of the day on Saturday and they quoted 35-40imutes. We were not given a quote for the price. After literally an hour and fifteen minutes, we called to see if we should just cancel (the location was less than 7 minutes away.. What could have taken so long?!). I spoke with the self-identified owner who said that the delivery quote times were "ranges" and insinuated that we should not take them literally. After telling him an hour fifteen was more than a little out of the range, he began to make excuses about the time it takes to make a pizza, etc. I told him he should just give me an apology. He responded the pizza was almost there. I said "are you seriously unwilling to give me an apology?" And he repeated it was almost to my location. Pizza came minutes later; the dough was plain and uninspired, there were Lots of toppings though, but it was not hot. Also, for one llarge and one medium it was $45. What a huge disappointment. The pizza was excellent and the folks that work there were super nice. The place has a great small town friendliness. The mountain/road bike riding in this area is excellent. The last 3 times we've been here our order wasn't ready on time or even close to it, even though we called in the order ahead of time. This time the order was lost. They hadn't even started the pizza when we'd arrived an hour after calling it in. And COVID-19 precautions?? Forget it. Of the 4 people working 2 aren't even wearing their mask, despite the mandate to do so. And this isn't the first time we've seen this either. I rolled into town at about 8:30 famished and the pizza factory was one of the few places still open. I had the small Hawaiian, a single serving from the salad bar and a local beer. The pizza was good sized and tasted good. I liked the fact that it wasn't too greasy and overloaded with too much tomato sauce. The salad bar was decent with a good selection of veggies. They have a good sized seating area and a small TV as well. Would definitely return if ever in the area again. read more

The specific ingredients we asked to not put on the pizza due to allergies were put on the pizza. They offered to deliver us a new pizza but 2 hours later we still didn't receive it. We called and they said 15 more minutes and when we complained they hung up on us 3 times and wouldn't let us talk to a manager.
