We came to this location thinking it was the authentic Pizza Factory franchise. The owner informed us that they bought rights to the name, but use their own recipes. We decided to give it a shot. The crust was under cooked nd over all we were underwhelmed by the pizza itself. Customer service was friendly and fast. read more

I'm so happy I can still get pizza from here. The people there have always been so nice. Love their lasagna and spicy meat pizza . I was craving it today and had to get it. During the covid19 challenge I also wanted to say they're open for business . If you go in for pickup they let me know that the debt machine is sanitized after every use which is a nice comfort to know. So if you want pizza that's not crazy expensive then this is it. After trying their free pepperoni sample not too long ago, We finally decided to come back and pick up some serious pizza from this location. We were greeted and welcomed by the new owner, Sukhi and his lovely wife. I complimented them and told them how I loved their sample pizza and how delicious it was as I browse their menu. They have lots to chose from but I was leaning towards the classic deluxe pizza but my daughter just wanted a simple pepperoni so I asked if they could do half and half and he was gracious enough to do it and even upgraded our medium pizza to large for free! The 15 minute order/pick up turned into a half hour conversation and when our pizza was done, they gave us some free vegetable samosas as well. Their pizza was fresh, cheesy and oh so yummy! They were also generous with the toppings! We had a very pleasing experience and will for sure come back for more! By far best pizza in Richmond particularly at the price point! We stumbled on this place about six months ago and now it's the only place we will order our pizza from. Prior to here I never liked thin crust pizza unless it's truly an authentic Italian restaurant, however Pizza Factory makes the BEST think crust I have had in a long time. Excellent crust (soft & fluffy, as I like it; thin available for those who prefer it) A great deal on 3-for-1 (feeds our family nicely, to get 3 large 3-topping(or feature pizzas) ALWAYS hot on arrival! They predict the usual "45-50 minutes" but we usyually get it in under 30! Tip: order after 4:30, to give time for the oven to heat up well, otherwise if you order earlier, they have to crank it to get it to temperature quicker(slightly burning the cheese) We've been ordering from here for over ten years! Hmmm. First try of this place.. We were greeted quickly from a young lady who was busy behind the counter within the kitchen. We ordered food to-go to eat at home. We decided on a small pepperoni pizza and a lasagna with meat sauce. The pizza was good, just good (simple as expected being only a pepperoni pizza). The lasagna was...meh.. not good. You can pay more in a fine dining place, but why do you want to pay $20,00 or more pizza that is well know around to world like Pizza H** when Pizza Factory in Steveston give you the best pizza for around $20.00 dollar for a large. Hanging out with the family at Steveston Village today. We decided to try out Pizza Factory. The new owners (Sukhi & his wife) took over the place about 3 months ago and have made some great changes. We ordered 2 medium pizzas. 1 Vegetarian and 1 Cheese. While we waited for the pizzas we chatted with the owners who are very friendly and professional. The place is really clean and the service is a 10/10. Our family of 5 almost finished both pizzas !! My 3 year old gave the pizza very high ratings. the first thing i noticed was that the crust was so delicious. Not too thick or doughy but very crispy and flaky. They make it fresh daily. It was the highlight of the pizza. So delicious. The plain cheese was one of the yummiest cheese pizzas i've ever had. I usually like the cheese pizza at Whole Foods. I would say the Steveston Pizza Factory cheese pizza was comparable. We live in Vancouver and go out to Steveston occasionally. I would go there more just to eat the pizza. Yum! The place was busy while we were there. We decided to eat at outdoors on their patio seating. But many people were taking their pizza to go and walking up to the village area where you can see the open water view. We will definitely be going back. read more
