Stopped by for a slice midweek around noon as looking for something quick. Moncton Pizzeria is still in transition from Romania Country Bread....the main constant with both is the huge wood burning oven. Plenty of slice options at $5 a slice. I opted for the meat lovers with the addition of their garlic sauce...a nice combination. The crust is what makes this pizza and it is good and thin. It was a positive pizza experience.

This is one of my favorite pizza shops in Richmond. They have a great selection of toppings that they rotate but what makes this place really special is the vintage pizza oven that they use. This used to be a long time bakery , but they converted it into a pizzeria and they're doing such a great job. It's nice to place to grab a slice and they warm it up for you in the pizza oven. The shop smells delicious and they also have some sauces and you can use to dip your pizza in on the side. Seating is limited but you can easily take your slice on the go or even better, take a big pie home to share. The staff is really friendly and accommodating. This is a must try spot on your next visit to the Steveston area

Pizza, Pizza, Pizza ... who got the sauce!? https://youtu.be/XrOHVTyBOYs?si=4DPd3rEZSm0k0x1T Formerly home to Romania Country Bread, Moncton Pizza took over this spot last month. Owned by a local Steveston Village resident Latif Budak, he has put his heart & soul into running this new pizzeria. Thin crust Neapolitan pizza heated up in the large 900° oven, make this a must try pizzeria when one is hanging out in Steveston Village. If you're needing a quick bite or a whole pizza to take home, you have plenty options to choose from. He recommended I try the Meat Lovers flavour & it absolutely did not disappoint. My mouth was popping & dancing with delight. This is why my mouth was doing cartwheels - in my slice = tomato sauce, pepperoni, ham, smoked bacon, hot soppressata, capiolla, fior di Latte & Grana Padano. #excellent I almost broke out in an Italian operatic sonate ... nah, but that slice was awesome. The pizzeria is going through the process of rebranding the store & general updates having just recently taken over this space. There's limited seating inside with a patio at the back in the works. So look forward to fresh & new next Spring. However, don't sleep on coming into the Village & trying out a slice. Buon appetito.

I found out about Moncton pizzeria a couple months ago. This could be my new favourite pizza shop. Since moving to Richmond 5 years ago we've been driving to Vancouver for Brooklyn Pizza. Finding this place saves us the hassle of dealing with crossing the bridge and traffic. The slices here are a good size. The dough might be a touch thin (based on my last visit) but I love the crust. I've yet to try one fresh out of the oven. The toppings they offer are plentiful and are great. I enjoy a good Margherita which is usually my first slice when trying a new pizzeria, which they do well enough. Much better than the pizza huts and dominoes. Thank you

New pizza place in Steveston that replaced the old Romania Country Bread. We got four different flavour of pizzas to try and would have to say that it was quite delicious. I did think the price point for single slices are on the pricier side (R even said they were more expensive when we went then when he came by several months ago) so would recommend getting a whole pizza to share if you are to come here.

I tried a slice . I had a garlic veggie and it was tasty and delightful . Crust is thin it's $5 a slice and the interior is warm and cozy thumbs up . Staff are super nice and welcoming ! Slices are slightly larger than the average slice anywhere else

Wood-fired pizza, cracker thin (and yummy) dough with fresh ingredients. As someone who spent a few months living in NYC, I have to say the quality here is phenomenal and I'll definitely be back soon! Slices are $5 each but generously sized and get reheated in the oven to perfection by the friendly and inviting staff; I'd say you get what you pay for though and it's absolutely worth it. Note: there isn't any room to sit unless you're by yourself or with only a couple others, as the store layout seems inherited from a bakery that used to occupy the space. But I mean it's pizza, you're either grabbing a box or can do just fine eating a quick slice with just a paper plate and a napkin!

Finally made our way back here after walking by and putting it on the list during the summer. Smells amazing when inside and love the overall look of the restaurant. Very open concept with big pizza oven where you can watch it all go down. Ordered a large cheese which was a little on the spendier side when it comes to cheese or margherita pizza. We also ordered a garlic cheese bread. Both came out and looked and smelled amazing. I was stoked for the garlic bread because I love a good garlic cheese combo. This was made with roasted garlic which was very strong, but I fortunately was about the only part that had flavour. Some butter and parm would have gone a long way. We found the pizza to lack flavour as well. Could definitely benefit from a change in the cheese brand that's used. The sauce was good but again, lacked body - was more like a decent jarred sauce. The dough/crust though was amazing! Super thin and flavourful, but held its shape and had good crisp to it. Service was great and friendly and there seemed to be a bustle of people coming and going so seems like it's a popular spot. Very few seats inside so if you're planning on dining in plan accordingly.

Mushroom Gorgonzola, Spinach and artichoke, Tomato, feta and roasted garlic.

Shitty service and attitude! Meanwhile, the food there's not so good either. Definitely no point of dining there to ruin the mood!

She wanted to show me a…read moredifferent side of the city, so she took me to Steveston and suggested that we go here for dinner. I love seafood, so it was an easy yes! It was easy to find, as there were already a few people waiting to place their order. It also helped that the delicious smell travelled like the wind around that area! Before we got there, we decided on which pizza to order to save time. When it was our turn, we were greeted by a young friendly lady at the cashier. We ordered the Water pizza ($37- which has shrimp, real crabmeat and basil pesto). Then she let us know that it will take 15-20 minutes to make it, so we can either relax in the dine-in area (located beside it) or walk around and come back then. We thought it would be a great idea to relax in the dine-in area, but as soon as we entered, it was too hot. There were not any windows that one could open nor any fans available to make the area feel cooler, so we left and walked around. When the time was up, I went to pick up the order and my friend looked for a bench where we could sit and eat. Finally, we sat down and ate a few slices- both of us agreed that it was delicious. The sauce and the toppings were fresh and generous, so we agreed that the high price point was fair. The only part which we didn't like was how thin the base was- it could not hold the sauce and the toppings very well, so we had to hold each slice well (otherwise, we lose everything on the slice). For the next few days, each of us ate them for our lunch and they were still delicious. If you are visiting Steveston, drop by and try their pizza!

Most people who come here are Asians who love the seafood. The main seafood pizza has HUGE portions of lobsters, prawns, and some smoked salmon and other seafood on it. It's not bad but J didn't have the lobster. The pizza itself is very meh but that's not why you came here is it? Definitely come here if you love seafood and you want a good deal on lobsters. The rest of it is just kinda meh though.

Haven't found one yet so whenever I'm in Richmond I make it a point to order pizza to bring home. Their crusts is even better reheated the next day, extra crispy and just as delicious. Recently we tried another pizza place (not round table) for the first time and was left VERY very dissatisfied. It's because of that I decided to leave them a review and felt the need to leave one for round table as well. I've been spoiled by round tables pizza and felt guilty for trying a different place. We often order from round table during events and gatherings and everyone asks where the pizza was from. Our niece loves the all cheese pizza (so do I). For the last 5 years, since moving to Richmond, this has been our go to pizza shop. Our faves are the meat lover, all cheese, pesto spinach chicken, hot and spicy, and Canadian. Every now and then we order the lasagne. It's packed with plenty of flavor and lots of sauce. Only wish it was a larger portion to account for the price. The chicken wings are ok but not the best. I'm a big wing guy and order the wings now and then to see if they've improved. But I get it, they're known for their pizza, not their wings. Just in case you order a can of coke, it doesn't always come cold. Great pizza though and will continue to be a part of our gatherings.
