I have to say, I wasn't expecting much for Wasco but this place was a breath of fresh air. It's super clean, open and airy. I went for a work function and they ordered a bunch of pizzas. I'm not sure what the names of each pizza were but one had a bunch of ground beef as a topping, there was a few pepperoni ones also, but the one that had my heart is the brisket! I have been to several Pizza Factory locations across California and I've always had they had decent pizza. However, I recently went to this Wasco location as I was invited by my friend and all I have to say is: WOW! Before I get into the details about the food let me just talk about the restaurant itself. This is perhaps the biggest Pizza Factory location I've been to! There is ample space for dining and they even have a separate party room for larger parties. They are following social distancing guidelines as the tables are at least six feet apart and the employees are wearing masks and disinfecting routinely. The restaurant seemed very clean and looked like a typical pizza parlor. Also, they have a good selection of arcade games in case you need a distraction while you wait! Anyway, let's get to the pizza! My friend and I ordered the Awesome Combo pizza which is their version of the classic combination pizza and it was fantastic! The meats were fantastic and I could tell the veggies were fresh! Plus, the sauce was light and the dough on the pizza was just right! I honestly have had mixed experiences with other Pizza Factory locations, but this place is doing it right! Fantastic pizza! Plus the buffalo and garlic Parmesan wings were delicious! I was blown away with the garlic Parmesan wings as they were definitely some of the best I have EVER had at a pizza place! As if the pizza and wings weren't enough, the owner, Russ, brought us a dessert calzone and it was amazingly decadent! It somewhat reminded me of a cinnamon roll with chocolate! I'm not huge on desserts but this was deliciously rich! Not only was the food fantastic here, but the service was top-notch! Everything was brought to us PIPING hot and fresh. Plus, the owner, Russ, was amazing and one of the nicest restaurateurs I've ever met! I was also glad to know that he is a veteran and am glad to support his business! He even has his family helping with the restaurant and I felt right at home! I usually don't rave about chain locations, but this Pizza Factory has some of the best pizza I've had in recent memory and you bet your bottom dollar I'll be back soon! My family was famished after a very long work/school day followed by a lengthy high school awards ceremony. After much deliberation we decided to give Pizza Factory a try. When we walked in we were warmly welcomed and I immediately felt at home. The owner helped us with our order and even suggested we get the combo special which would give us more food for less $$ than ordering individually. We got an x large combo pizza, delicious breadsticks, and three different kinds of wings; Buffalo, mango habanero, and I believe garlic ranch. Everything was so tasty. It came out hot and fresh from the oven. Because our pizza took them a little longer than expected the owner came and checked on us and even brought us some hot chocolate chip cookies made in a pizza pan. The restaurant was clean and the employees all seemed to enjoy what they do. The owner takes pride in his business and seems to strive to provide Wasco with a great pizza place where families can feel comfortable and where the atmosphere is positive. The pricing is also very reasonable. We fed a family of four with enough take home to a fifth for only 60 something. Tables are set apart for health reasons and I felt safe. We will be back! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE - When I first started going to the pizza factory I really liked it. They must have hired new staff and it has gone downhill. I much prefer white sauce over red sauce. I customarily ask for a white sauce pizza when ordering the buffet at lunchtime. The time before this time the cashier acted as if I was wrong to ask, but made the pizza. This time they stated they would make the white sauce pizza, but never produced it. After asking prior to paying, I went back to the front to request the pizza three more times. They made plenty of other pizzas and kept saying the white sauce was coming. They were dishonest with me!! Customer service should not include LYING to the customer. I understand there are new owners. From what I hear a CEO of the company took over. We ordered the garlic parmesan wings. Gross full of oil or butter. Not crispy. There were also pieces that were not wings???? Couldn't figure out what piece it was. They tasted like they were frozen and recooked. We also ordered an XL pepperoni pizza the crust was soggy needed a little more time in the oven. The pepperoni used to be cooked crispy and a little bit of color the crust was a little flimsy. Pizza Factory has always been one of my favorite pizza places and when it opened in Wasco I was so excited. Their pizza, pastas, breadsticks are my favorites and the wings are okay. They have a lot of choices. I come here regularly and the staff are always friendly, at this point they know me by name I come here so often! On the rare occasion something is wrong they fix it quickly. They do have specials that are pretty good and the lunch buffet is a great price for unlimited food, and they will make any pizza you want for the buffet. Get their rewards app and you get $10 off every 6 visits. Some other reviews mention high prices, that is only if you compare it to Dominos or some other nasty pizza, but for the quality and to support a veteran owner business it's not bad. Some mention poor service and honestly coming an average of once a week to this place I've never had a bad experience except for slow service a few times but the food is fresh and they're busy, of course that's going to happen. Very disappointed in this place me and my family usually love going here but last night was a different experience went in got our order pizza came out and i got my first Slice of pizza i took a bite and a sharp plastic was in my pizza got the top of my mouth My husband told a gentleman in the back said he would talk to his manager 10 min went by some older lady came out that was just learning the register and was trying to accuse us of putting the plastic in pizza. Five min later the same gentlemen that My husband told about the plastic came out again and told us that the plastic isn't from there kitchen !!??? But he was going to tell his manager and they were going to come out and talk to us they never came out again before I left I went to the cash register and the manager came out aggressively saying she was the one in charge. The hole time me and my family felt like we were at fault for this not sure how this got switched around into being our fault when this was a mistake made in their kitchen. All in all I'm glad that my boys weren't the ones that got that piece of plastic in there mouth who ever is the owner really needs to look into what's going on and how situations like this are being handled. And one more thing can't forget the family that was sitting in front us of that I'm sure had a relative working there and kept getting in our business and kept telling the worker to give us the finger instead of helping us out witch at the end that's exactly what happen!
