I have been to this place numerous times, and each and every time I've gone, I've always enjoyed the service and food. When you walk in, you are welcomed and acknowledged by the hardworking men in the kitchen, which immediately makes you feel at home. As for the food, I've tried a few of their pastas, such as the Vodka Pasta, but my favorite is definitely their Shrimp Alfredo. They also offer many different kinds of New York-style pizzas that are packed with fresh and flavorful ingredients. I especially love trying their limited-time pizzas, as those always tend to be worth it! You'll definitely find yourself coming back so often that they'll eventually remember your name every time you walk through that door . read more

It was our first time here and we decided to finally check it out after hearing so many good things about this place. It definitely did not disappoint! We were warmly welcomed from the moment we walked in, and shoutout to the guy who helped make our first experience such an easy and enjoyable one. He recommended the secret slices and explained everything to us in detail. We ordered the Stracciatella , Lemon Drop, Mexican Standoff , and Jamón y Queso, and we were also given the vodka pizza on the house. Huge thank you to Kirk for that and for being so attentive throughout our visit, always making sure we were enjoying everything. We also really enjoyed their chili aioli and ranch and were honestly surprised to find out the sauces were made fresh. The pizzas were so good on their own too, and that says a lot because I'm usually a sauce girl! So happy to see a local spot like this open up in Delano, and I'd love to see them prosper here for a long time. We'll definitely be back because everything was sooo good. Honestly, don't even know where to start there's no comparison to anybody else in Delano that offers this quality and quantity of food. It is full of flavor every bite the cheese is fresh and delicious. The prices are reasonable come by and grab some lunch or take something home for dinner. Ok... so I wrote my last review and then I couldn't get the pizza out of my mind. So this past weekend I made the drive to go get some and it did not disappoint. I got both the Hot Honey and the Lemon and drop and the flavors blew my mind. But again, their crust is legendary! Keep up the good work! I will be back! read more

In a word....AMAZING. This could easily be the best pizza in the Central Valley and would right at home in NYC or Chicago. Ordered a few random slices (Hot Pepperoni, Margherita, and Sausage w/White Sauce) and they each hit differently but perfectly. Well heard about his place and my sister in law order some pasta and a pizza with half cheese and half pepperoni. The crust was good and it's not any other regular crust here in town. This one was a bit different compared to your local pizza places. The service was quick didn't wait long as she told me. There been quite a few business where this pizza parlor been at and hopefully they stick around for awhile. But if you haven't tried this local pizza parlor I suggest you give it a try. BROOOO THE PIZZA IS BUSSINNNNNN. I ordered to go to eat later but ended up pulling over and bussin down on the pizza in my car. Aw man the stracciatella slice was definitely my favorite it really hit the spot for me. The lemon drop was a nice zesty and perfect amount of sweet from the honey they put on. AND ALSO THEIR CHILI AIOLI OH MY GOD definitely get that and use it for the pizza crust that's what I did, it was very yummy! The staff were also so kind and helpful, I liked the vibe they got in there. Fire music taste. If you want to see their menu look them up on DoorDash. I also ordered their pork vodka pasta to go and even when I ate it later hours later and microwaving it, it was still yummy! I like the pasta they use, I think it's bucatini. We just tried this new place. Husband brought home a Margherite pizza and a pepperoni pizza. I'm a big Margherite pizza fan, and this one was really good! It was prepared Naples (Napoli) style just how I like. Delicious sauce, good cheese, and fresh basal. It was tasty and light. The pepperoni pizza was really good too. Easy to fold just like a New York style slice! Perfect! The crust on both pizzas are prepared thin with fluffy, pillowy edges. It reminds me a lot of the pizza you get in Italy. Parlour is a great addition to the pizza offerings in town. We will definitely be back to try some of the Italian dishes they offer. Definitely try this place out. read more

Yes, we tried everyone of them and I would say the Mexican standoff is my top favorite, the oyster mushroom and brown butter followed by the Russian gas. It's unbelievable! Today we drove 30 minutes north to Parlour pizza. I had a slice from a friend before and thought it was good enough for me to go try it fresh. Worth every minute, mile, and dollar I had. Got a pep and cheese pizza and my wife and kids scarfed them down. I decided to get 1 of 3 of the weekly rotating pasta. Vodka sausage with bucatini. It was a little hot in there and seating is minimal, but that shouldn't stop you from trying this little hidden gem in downtown Delano, ca. shout out to Kirk and staff for checking on us throughout the experience. Great local spot! Highly recommend! I really appreciated the late hours during graduation week, which made it easy to stop by after the ceremony. The service was 10/10. Our table was attended to consistently, and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our visit. The food was delicious, but my favorite was the rosemary sausage pizza with white sauce paired with the chili aioli. It was easily the best combination on the menu!
