If you ever want to get screwed this is the place for you. I called a week in advance before my wedding to place an order 10 pizza to be delivered at 9:30 pm to help sober my guest up. They had the audacity to take my card information and charge my card. The day of the wedding come and it was a no call no show and just returned my money. I called at 9:30 to see where the delivery was and they just hung up on me. So if you like terrible customer service this is the place for you. If I could give them a zero star I would. I called back to ask what happened and the manager hung up on me twice. Still don't have a straight answer. read more

On Thursday, 3/17/22, I went to my local pizza guys & tried to redeem my free pizza. I had over 3,000 points saved, as I am a loyal customer. However, the gentleman who helped me that afternoon told me he wouldn't be able to honor them, JUST because he couldn't see my purchase history. He showed me his screen which showed the points and my account as well, but no purchase history. Yet, I had all that he needed to see on my phone, & was even showing him MY screen, & he said he still couldn't do anything so I left disappointed. I then called another location, a town over. I asked to speak with a manager to explain my experience at my local store &, to my surprise, she said she would've honored the points. Regardless of being able to see the purchase history! Food is always delicious! Since it is a pizza place the best thing on the menu is pizza. It is more on the expensive side of pizza but it is worth it! Other than the food it is just like any other good pizza place. Workers are very nice too. read more

I'm not one to go out of my way to write a bad review but I'm so disappointed in the service this location has had in the most recent. I order from this location regularly and it's just gotten worse and worse. I've been super patient with them but I can't anymore. The management is so rude and insensitive. I always order a pizza with no sauce, ham and bacon. My son who is autistic and a very picky eater will only eat it this way. First, they couldn't get their card reader to work after trying 3 different cards. Instead, hung up on me, twice. I called back to finish my order & the mgr straight said, "it wasn't his card, and not his problem". I couldn't believe that was a managers response. So, I agreed to pay cash and they brought me the wrong pizza. They brought me a combination with sauce. I notified the driver and he suggested I remove the unwanted toppings. So I. called Pizza guys back and the manager insisted they repeated the order; but how when they hung up on me??? Twice???? So I asked if they would be sending a corrected pizza? The mgr asked that I give the driver the wrong pizza, then said no they wouldn't be making a new one and hung up on me. Never ordering from this location again. read more

We ordered from here hoping to see if they'd deliver and thankfully they're one of the few that will deliver to us!! We ordered a medium pizza and two salads an delivery was pretty fast. The pizza was missing a few toppings, we called and the manager was SO nice and offered us a credit for a future order. Will definitely be ordering from here again considering they do deliver to our house and everything was super fresh. Flavor was great too! read more

Ok this pizza place is really good and with the coupon deals the price is reasonable , however I wasn't very happy with the service I received today , they got my order wrong and I ordered wings for the first time ,I would not recommend them , the price 9.99 for wings that are toddler size and the boneless wings I ordered were cold , I had to reheat in my oven , I understand their still fresh and training new employees but when it comes to food and having it accurate for your customers ,I would definitely suggest that the orders are double checked before given to the customer , the manager was really nice and apologized and offered to fix or credit my order for the future. read more

Ordered pizza for delivery tonight. Pizza was delivered in a timely manner that's why I'm giving it two stars at most. We ordered a supreme and some wings. The supreme pizza had sausage on it. When the box was opened a rancid/spoiled smell came out of the box. the sausage was bad. I contacted the manager over the phone to explain to him the sausage was bad. He didn't want to here or listen to what I was saying. So I went down there with the pizza to let him smell the sausage. I arrived and he didn't even want to smell or check that it was in fact bad sausage. He didn't want to listen or acknowledge what I was trying to say. I'm not one to complain about every little thing but when I'm paying over 20$ a pizza and their is an issue with it I expect good customer service. We ordered for delivery for a reason. And now I had to drive down there to get a refund. He was not even attempting to smell the foul smell coming from the pizza. And for the wings our order of wings were soggy and two of the 13$ wings were wing tips. Literally. Delivery person was nice and it was delivered on time. Main complaint is bad meat and the manager not even willing to verify that the meat was for sure rancid on my pizza. Terrible customer service. Was refunded the money. read more
