My large pepperoni pizza was completely terrible. The first time I ate a pizza and threw it away. Couldn't even give it away to my kid.

So, it's hard to find a good pizza place that's actually open during this horrible COVID-19 pandemic!! I was pleasantly surprised to find out that Pizza Heaven was open until midnight!! I already knew their pizza was good bc my son, Anthony, used to work there and delivered for them a few years ago. (I would actually call when he was working & place my order for all of us & give my credit card & then just tell the owner to have him bring it home with him when is shift was done, lol). Anyway, so I called their the other night and she answered with her pleasant voice that I remembered from a couple years ago & took my order for pick up as I had my hubby pick up with his mask on. Just as Yummy as I remembered! Ordered our 2 favorites: the Large Cheese with Extra Sauce for my kids (yes, they are both in their 20s, but they are still my babies, so I do say "kids") lol. And for the 2nd Large, the Yummy Sausage & Peppers with Extra Sauce. We all enjoyed Pizza Night in our house so much, I turned around a few days later & ordered the same combo again! We just waited TWO hours for a LARGE pizza, American Hoagie, garlic bread, chicken fingers and fries. Gave an $8.00 tip... There is no possible way this is a large pizza. I call and the woman wants to offer me 10% off my next order, i said oh hell no i waited two hours for this. I offer to send her pictures she tells me 20% off your next order is all i can do. There will never be a next time. I get things are hard right now but refunding the pizza would have been the right thing to do. Yes she offered to make another one and bring it. We used the slice app for this place. Looking for the best chicken parm pizza around. Last week we ordered form John's Pizza, it was so good! But we are always looking for better. This place is not it. It was almost an hour wait for delivery, which was expected for any place that is half decent on a Friday night. Then, almost immediately the app notified me it would be about 90-105 minutes. That sucks, but ok I get it. Well the pizza showed up 130 minutes after I ordered it, it was cold and the chicken was dry. The ship offered a 10% discount on my next order. Are you kidding? I tipped more than that for a cold pizza with dry chicken. No thanks. Many other better shops around. Skip this one. read more

Didn't get my food for 1 hour I called to cancel my order and was on hold long enough for the driver to pull up we both had to wait for the other employee to finish their conversation or whatever. Pizza had just the right amount of cheese and sauce. Sauce wasn't too acidic and it didn't give me heartburn!

This spot is official in terms of local sicklerville pizza places. Its pretty underrated because it is tucked away in a dimlit plaza off williamstown/sicklerville rd. The pizza is just right. Not too greasy, not too cheesy. Leftovers are leftovers. The wings and other things are a great addition as they are mostly all delicious. I would have given 5 stars but the delivery takes a little bit long at times. read more

Absolutely horrible! They charge you for extra stuff that you never receive. The chicken sandwich I ordered has brown lettuce on it. The chicken Caesar wrap that was ordered the chicken was rubbery. Horrible customer service. We got the cops called on us because I just wanted my money back for something I didn't receive. Me and my boyfriend had food delivered and when it came the cheese on the pizza had slid off the pizza and they forgot the Oreo cake. I called them and told them and Ricky the owner said he'll make another pizza and send the Oreo cake back out. I waited and waited it was 12am and they still haven't came. When to the store the next day told him the delivery never came the asked for my money back for the Oreo cake. He constantly said he made the pizza he sent it back out with the Oreo cake I was saying it never came and I just want my money back he said no. He said I'm not give you your money I said why not his response was "Because I don't want to". We kept saying I just want my money back calmly it was no arguing or not just back and for conversation. Ricky the owner of pizza Heaven decided to CALL THE COPS ON US!!!! For no reason. They came were explaining the situation and the cops was on our side. Ricky was still telling the cops he wasn't giving us our money back. The cops told us we can write a compliment for food service theft and go to court. That's doing a lot and we been to this pizza place a few times the food is not that bad and nothing like this ever happened. My family and I enjoy this place. The pizza is best around the Sicklerville area... it's actually not frozen cookie cutter pizza. The crust is good and crunchy. Their white pizza is very good! The wraps are amazing as well. The place is all around good. We have even tried their pasta dinners and they are pretty good for being a pizza place. When you call and order the staff is ALWAYS nice and helpful. It's our go to place for delivery! Never had a bad experience. My only little complaint is time it takes for delivery, usually over an hour. They say 45 min, but always over that, so plan accordingly... we don't mind the wait for good food. I would say we order from here maybe 1x a week.. we have tried every place in the area, and this place is by far the best. read more

My boyfriend and I used to go to Adelphia Pizza off Sicklerville road until they closed down one day. We were looking up places and found Pizza Heaven. Let me tell you, I come from a small, cheap town where the pizza is thin crusted, ooey gooey cheesey and I never thought I'd like any other pizza. I didn't even like Adelphia but I went just for him- pizza heaven is HEAVEN! The crust is sweet and so amazing. We get bacon and it's so crispy and mixes so well with the crust- sweet and salty- we order French fries and they're very crispy and fresh. I've also ordered the ravioli and it DID NOT disappoint. I received Pizza Heaven's menu through the mail a few months ago and I finally decided to stop in while I was on my way home from the bank. The location of the restaurant is a little sketchy but the food is incredible. I ordered a fried pizza turnover and 10 unbreaded hot wings. The wings come either breaded or unbreaded and your choice of sauces; buffalo, mild, hot and dangerously hot garlic. The pizza turnovers can be ordered fried or baked and I prefer the fried version because I think the flavors are more intensified that way. Their menu is very diverse and they always have specials on most of their menu items. I ordered the hot wings because they were two dollars off the regular price on Mondays. Whether you are craving a hot sub or a cajun chicken cheese steak, you won't be disappointed. The prices are very reasonable and I think that they can definitely compete in the local pizza market chains around town. Pizza Heaven is open seven days a week and are open late as well. Stop in and give them a chance; you'll be glad that you did. read more

The food is very good, however nothing else is! The customer service is horrendous! I grew up on a family owned pizza shop and 32 years later, I still get my pizza and sandwiches from there 90% of the time. Pizza Heaven has good specialty pizzas and good wings so we order from there occasionally. Every time we have ordered from there, our order has either been wrong or it takes 20+ minutes beyond the quoted time for it to be ready. They never try to accommodate their costumers to make up for their errors. Recently my husband ordered from there and I got there within 10 minutes of him ordering. I went to pay and the worker yelled at me that my order had only been called in 10 minutes prior and there was no way I could expect it to be ready. I assured him I didn't expect it to be ready, I was just in the area and I was okay waiting. He continued to lecture me. If you're okay with horrible customer service and long waits, then you'll be fine. If not, don't waste your time. read more
