I had 2 large pizzas delivered to my home and sadly the bottoms of them were burnt. The one pizza, a Supreme was burnt black on the bottom. It made them inedible in my opinion. Gotta say i grew up on Johnny's pizza definitely the best in the area. But besides the great food and the great counter girls. The people in the back could give you PTSD any counter girl ive known that worked there feels unsafe and disturbed by the comments some of the other workers make. Someone i had known who worked there left because she felt uncomfortable and when she told the boss was asked to leave and not paid. Could be a really awesome spot but they'd rather employ creeps who cant mind there own business and have 8 of there kids in the eating area screaming. But good food if you can put all that aside. The WORST customer service I've ever dealt with. My husband and I have ordered here a few times hoping that our orders being incorrect were just a mistake, but will never order here again after our experience today. I called to place my order and the woman who answered my call was incredibly rude. I asked her to apply a coupon & my total actually went up in price because of her mistake. I asked her to explain the price and she was not able to. The past few times we've ordered here, they forget at least one item so we have to wait even longer. Save yourself time, don't order here. There are plenty of pizza places in the area that have better deals and are pleasant to deal with. read more

Ordered pizza for my son's birthday at his daycare the day before for the 12pm next day only to receive a call from the same person that took the order that they forgot while already charged my account. He said they could get it out the following day and said no thank you but his bi was today. They gave me the run around on crediting my account and even said someone called in to cancel because there was enough food. Well that's a lie and the children would have gone hungry if not for the daycare. Looked at my account and was charged over $100.00 for (4) plain cheese pizzas. Ridiculous prices, horrible service. I have been ordering here for years. For a corner pizza place it is great! Their delivery is quick and the wait for take out is never long. They have the best hot sauce around though so if you are a fan of wings- I would suggest that you try them and the hot sauce! The inside is okay but doesn't give off the type of vibe that you want to sit inside, it is more of a hole in the wall pizza place than a restaurant. I always order take out and within 20 minutes my order is ready. A few tips- the last two times I ordered mozzarella sticks they weren't fully cooked so the cheese hardened on the inside and get cheese on the side of your fries and not on top! Quality/standard of food is down significantly from recent years. This used to be my favorite pizza place.

I ordered three panzarotti's from you tonight. I had a coupon which was brand new for three original panzarotti's for $14.50. On the phone a woman answered and was extremely rude saying it was $14.99. My first impression was "the woman on the phone is really nasty. I don't know if I still want these", but I figured I'd give it a try anyway. Things went downhill when we went inside. I showed her two coupons both which were valid and from YOUR pizzeria. And she didn't even glance at them. She said she'd accepted them, but when we left and look at our receipt we see she didn't take off the coupons. We went back in to talk to her about the coupons and being overcharged. She rolled her eyes, threw her hands in the area, and went to get her co-worker. When we seen that she through her hands up at us we asked "Do you have a problem?" and her response was, excuse my language, "What the fuck?". At that point we asked for a full refund. I don't trust food from places with such poor customer service. I bet she spit in the food. We also called your business to speak to the owner when we got home and couldn't even so much as get an apology? Really? Is that too much to ask for? read more

Pizza is good. We ordered from there 4-5 times. Delivery. We live close by. Each time the cheese was sloshing off the pizza and it was basically ruined because it was way too hot to drive. We have never experienced this before. I actually called about this. We asked the next time if they would let it cool for a few minutes so it didn't ruin the pizza in transit. But, the last 3 times the pizza cheese slid right off and we had to reassemble it. I guess we are too close for delivery but this shouldn't happen so we won't order anymore. Overall great little hole in the wall. I grew up in Turnersville and I am always looking for some great take out pizza/ Italian food and when I found Johnnys pizza I was pleasantly surprised. Don't get me wrong this is a nice little pizza shop with some delicious food, but don't go in expecting Home cooked Italian like your family makes or a high end Italian restaurant. Other than that My favorite order is the old way pizza with the sauce on top, The calzone which is perfect for sharing and the ricotta is very good, or my husband loves their Chicken Parm subs. Delivery can be hit or miss...I have waited over 40min. sometimes which is a bit weird considering I lived less than 15 min. form Johnny's. That being said they are usually accurate with the time they give you on the phone when ordering. Picking up is recommended if your in a hurry to eat..Most orders were less than 15-20 wait when I ordered over the phone for pick up. I now live in Philadelphia and still will sometimes have to make the trek to Johhnys to curb my pizza craving. read more

Love the lunch specials! Great prices with a great portion of food. The crispy chicken wrap is delicious. Full of chicken, you don't get ripped off. This is the second time I've ordered from this place and got the wrong order. I ordered a veggie Stromboli which the menu said consisted of broccoli, spinach, tomato and garlic. It came chocked full of mushrooms which I could be allergic too. I called the establishment , the foreign owner told me it was a computer mistake, would not refund my money and then promptly hung up on me when's asked for a refund. We ordered the Chicken Florentine pizza and received the Chicken Parmigiana pizza. I called to let them know the order was incorrect... They fought me tooth and nail saying what the delivered what what I ordered. They did attempt to read back the order but the English is difficult to understand so I may have off the cuff said "yes". It was the end if their business hours when we received our order and spoke with the manager. He was not helpful at all and blamed us for the miscommunication. I asked for a credit because I didn't want them to stay after hours and make us another pizza, but they insisted on delivering the correct order.
