I'm not surprised that the staff is so small and so inexperienced. The manager has a major ego complex and hovers so much over his employees that it borders on sexual harassment! The air is tense, the attitude in that place feels more like oppression than a restaurant, and the lack of adequate toppings per order is laughable! I understand wanting to save a little money, but ripping off your customers is not the way to go. After my previous night's pick-up order and witnessing such behavior, I've decided to permanently take my business elsewhere. If you value quality products and respect businesses that treat their employees well, then you'll follow my lead and order from other pizza restaurants in the area. read more

This Pizza Hut is one of the worst establishments I've ever communicated with. Jerry was very rude and inconsiderate while I attempted to buy food for a school event. All I wanted to do was ask if they did tax exemption, but JERRY did not believe me. Also, when I called again, Miranda promptly hung up on me after I uttered the phrase "tax exemption." The pizza was cold. It has been about a year if not more since I have had pizza hut and it was amazing. We had some coupons that were going to expire soon so we used them. It wasn't the pizza itself that was cold, it was the cheese. There were a few pieces of pineapple on it, and our garlic knots we're hard. Other than the cheese being cold it was okay. But I do NOT recommend the garlic knots. read more

I'm rating this place as a Pizza Hut location, not a pizza place in general, because, yes, Pizza Hut sucks in comparison to Little Caesar's, Papa John's, pizza restaurants, etc. As far as Pizza Huts go, this place is great. Orders have never been ruined, staff is very friendly, and the pizzas themselves are better here than some other branches. Of course, this is a Pizza Hut, the Starbucks or Subway of pizza, so the prices are astronomical - but doable if you're really in the mood. They have four chairs for indoor seating, meh decor, and it's a tad more cramped than some other locations. read more

Mercy 2 only because the pizza is still good but some of the employees are awful and don't follow directions on an order. Light sauce means easy on the sauce, not regular to heavy amount. Extra cheese means extra cheese that you charged me for not the extra cheese you charged me for but didn't put on. Also, and the main point of this review: Do. Not. Get. An. Attitude. When. Politely. Asked. What. The. Delay. Is! I'm not going to be talked down to like I'm some annoying child. It's not like there was just once person there as there has been some nights; that's totally understandable. My whole experience could have gone a lot different if the employee simply explained the curbside pick up process which they pick and chose when to implement (and wonder why curbside orders are just sitting there) instead of getting an attitude with me over it. So an already struggling location lost even more business (I drove off) because their employee doesn't know how to talk to people. read more
