It's a typical Red Lobster. Corporate food, decent service. There's nothing better or worse about this location than any other, except for maybe the service is better here than other locations I've been to. We should all know what to expect. Don't order the scampi at any location. read more

The staff here were very friendly and helpful, and when we asked about the area (as we're not usually in Adrien) we got honest thoughts and places to visit. Food was very delicious and came out soon after we ordered. The restaurant itself was clean and felt very comfortable to stay in, however the booth seats are quite worn. If it weren't for the excellent service from our server and the delicious lobster you wouldn't even be getting two stars. So what's my problem? I don't like being played for a fool. When I spend $12 on a Grand Marnier Patron Margarita I expect to have some damn alcohol in it. The same goes for my $10 Long Island iced tea "top shelf", that didn't taste like Tea just weak alcohol, and a bunch of fruit juices, like I'm not going to notice. Literally the WEAKEST Long Island iced tea I've ever had in my life. This ...ladies and gentlemen is the reason that we only go to "chain restaurants" three times a year and independently owned ones the other 97% of the time. Kudos to the cooks in the kitchen for preparing an excellent lobster and steak, and kudos to our server for excellent service. But as for the bartender.... you suck. read more

As far as chain seafood joints go, the food here better than I expected. Double-date with friends; us ladies are good for two bottles of wine and everything on their wine list is affordable and good fit for seafood. Unfortunately, the host needs to do a better job of seating four adults in a section that is not full of large parties and screaming kids. I almost asked for another table (as there were plenty available in other sections), but at least sitting in the booth closest to the kitchen, we had immediate access to our server. She couldn't ignore us if she tried. I ordered the Ultimate feast and it was good. Good portions, and not overcooked, but definitely over salted. *Tip - back off on the salt. Customers can add their own if needed. The servers were really nice, but didn't keep up very well with refills and we finally had to ask for biscuts when our entrees came. (that was after the apps and salads) We will be back and I will be more assertive with the table selection in the future, as it will definitely improve the experience. read more

This experience was perfect. Went in and restaurant was extremely slow and was able to get great service and food came quick. Salad was crisp, tasty and looked great. Cheddar bay biscuits are heavenly as always. Even if you buy the mix at the store, the restaurant is always better. My son's shrimp was cooked well. My crab alfedo was spectacular as usual with generous amount of crab per noodles. I'm glad I ordered the large portion to eat later. read more

Definitely deserves all of the five stars. It's like night and day between the Red lobster on Main Street In Adrian and the red lobster in Jackson on Shirley drive. This is the best Red lobster I've been to, the waitress was incredibly friendly and attentive, food got to the table fast and get this ( it was hot! ) I was in culture shock after so many years of going to red lobster in Jackson, I can't wait to start going here all the time once I move out to Adrian. read more

Worst service ever. I order this red lobster to the one in Toledo so I travel from Ohio to come here. Had a waitress named Terrell and she would disappear for nearly 30 minutes at a time, we would have to ask for drink refills, food was cold when it finally arrived and she blamed the kitchen when the restaurant was nearly empty. We then asked if dessert was going to be slow too since the "kitchen" was slow today, she said it won't be because she makes it. Dessert WAS slow, we sat for 20 minutes waiting to even see her again for the dessert we had ordered in the beginning. "Warm Brownie with Ice Cream" had a FROZEN brownie and melted ice cream as if she let it sit? We didn't leave her a tip and still want to call the manager as this was one of the worst experiences at a restaurant we've ever had. read more

Sunday dinner and the parking lot was only a third full but we were told there was a wait for a table of 25 minutes. She was very attentive and helpful with our selections. My salmon was raw in the center and I pulled it apart so they could see the raw meat. The manager returned the same ripped apart fillet after they must have microwaved it to finish cooking it! Disgusting and lost my appetite. They should have brought a new properly cooked filet. They took $10 off my meal. They were having problems at other tables as I heard more apologies and people were waiting for food over 45 minutes. Something wrong here with empty tables, long waits and poor preparation of food. We arrived at Red Lobster during the week and after the rush. They have a fairly decent lunch menu until 3pm. We both were craving the pasta Alfredo they have and this seemed like a good time to stop. We were greeted fairly quickly and sat. Our waitress was very attentive throughout our entire experience. Our soups and roll came at the same time and in a quick fashion. It appears that they are rationing the supply of their biscuits. The clam chowder is average but I have had worse. The pasta dish the lunch price for the pasta was around $11 and ended up being just the right amount. I was disappointed in the Cajun chicken add on as there was no Cajun. I have orders in the past and this had little to none. $11 can be a little pricy for lunch but when compared to all their other dishes it is comparable. I will return as our town has limitation on food but I won't be rushing back. Again service was excellent. The food was average at best. read more

Wife and I stopped for dinner. She was given a gift card for nurses day. She had the trio shrimp and I got the new york strip. The portions were large and the steak was the best steak I've had in a long time. IMO- it was better than Outback or JR's. Was really surprised at the portion size and quality of the food. Normally I do not give a five star to a " chain" restaurant . But this time it's a must. Our waitress Courtney was beyond awesome!!! She steered us to the right item on the menu and we are so happy going to her menu choice . Her service was outstanding !!! If you go there I would ask for her section. Thought we would check this place out for lunch. I ordered a fish sandwich and was pleasantly surprised. The best fish sandwich I have had in a very long time. I know it's just a fish sandwich, but it was worth every penny and more. The coating was just the right amount. Done to perfection. And the waitstaff, one couldn't have asked for better service. I've been to this Red Lobster many, many times and the food and service has always been top notch! Whatever they can do to please you they will do it! And with a friendly smile. No matter if it is dinner or lunch, they are almost always pretty busy and that is good sign. I have not had to wait long, either. The food is great.. prices are decent.. Food was delicious. The big festival of shrimp has some tasty new flavors. I especially love the firecracker red shrimp. We had great service and all staff was friendly from beginning to end. Friday 1 Sept.2017 ...Ordered Shrimp topper crab cakes. Received 2 tiny, thin, barely heated 'things' hidden under a couple of shrimp and sauce. Size and preparation left much to be desired. Asked hostess about manager on way out to voice displeasure but (3) employees hanging around foyer indicated no manager there and to tell them the problem. I barely got to speak when they chimed in saying I should of told the waitress and she could of gotten it straight. Were they saying that I did get less proportion than I should have or ...? Crab cakes looked like a normal portion cut in half and served as 2 cakes. We quit going to Adrian RL for a while due to rude waitress and a general lack of 'give a care' by staff but decided to try it again. Management still seems to be scarce. read more

Went here for dinner on a Saturday afternoon. It was not busy and we were seated promptly. Waiters and waitresses beside us waiting tables behind us. We set there for 20 minutes nobody waited on us at all. We left after asking to speak to the manager at the front door. She was very apologetic and offered to give us dinner free. I was in Adrian on a very snowy night last January and staying in Holiday Inn Express around the corner - It was late and a miserable travel day due to the snow. I stopped in expecting the normal Red Lobster chain restaurant food. I sat in the bar and had dinner - the bar tender was a super sweet young lady - very friendly and great personality. I don't usually eat at Red Lobster but thought I'd get a couple items to go. The lobster pizza was okay--it was pretty much as advertised. However, the shrimp tacos were a definite disappointment. I got home, opened it up and discovered the taco shells were nearly empty. Yes, there were some shrimp in them, but otherwise there were a few wisps of lettuce or something similar, but it was really scanty. Maybe the person in the kitchen got distracted and forgot to finish adding ingredients-? I really wouldn't recommend ordering this, especially at about $10. read more
