Ordered delivery and it was delicious hot and on time as always. Also received order right on time.

I have to say it's not the same when I first arrived one me and another family where there it took 30 min to get the appetizer and that's cause that all I ordered and it was the cheese sticks. Came out burnt and dry. The place was a mess and the service was horrible. The atmosphere was horrible since the staff did not greet or tend to us. I'm disappointed to know that so many people in Alice find this store so unsatisfying. My local Hut in Dallas is amazing, always fresh and always savory. I do agree with the people of Alice though, too many of the middle shift leaders don't have the empowerment to MAKE IT RGHT, so they are forced to pass the buck to their leaders. That's the upsetting part. Luckily I reached out to the corporate office and they credited me for my bad experience. We were disappointed. We went for the Tuesday evening buffet. The air conditioning wasn't working, it was hot outside but it was in the low 80's inside of the restaurant. There wasn't much pizza and when they put fresh pizza out it all had mushrooms, jalapeños etc. When we asked for plain pepperoni, the waiter informed us they didn't take requests for the buffet, we had to eat whatever was served. Extremely slow!!! My mother took my daughter, my husband, her, and myself here for dinner..We walked in and we're told to seat ourselves even though there was a "please wait to be seated sign".. The waitress took our drink order, brought the drinks, then took our meal order.. We ordered a stuffed crust super supreme (large) and an order of garlic cheese bread.. And asked for the chocolate dessert bread sticks for the end of the meal otherwise my 3 yr old wouldn't eat her food, she'd just want dessert.. It took about 30 minutes to get the bread... And then about another 45 minutes to get our pizza... Our waitress never came to check on us once other than to bring our food and we watched other customers clean their own tables so they could sit down.. The place was not overly busy, so I don't know why tables were left dirty... And we had to go track down our own eating utensils. Needless to say we were unhappy and ready to go so I asked if the dessert was ready, if it wasn't I was going to cancel it... But, thankfully to our surprise it was and we got it to go.. My mom refused to leave a tip because the service was so horrible.. Sad too because years ago when pizza hut was in the mall area by where Bealls once was and dollar general and rent-a-center still are it was a very good place to go for pizza. We actually witnessed people walk out without eating.. Which we'd probably have done also if we hadn't already promised my 3 yr old starving daughter pizza and we really didn't want to deal with disappointing her after telling her multiple times if she wanted pizza we'd get pizza. read more

Me and my mom order wings and a coke thay transfer me to a Ohio number so I placed the order and thay say this is Ohio not Alice and hang up then I call the 1st one and thay took the order after a hour we call and thay say that thay cancelled the order because thay did not get the number right and the house do not recommen if you get a delivery read more
