In recent years I have been eating cheaper pizzas from competing companies. I decided to take advantage of an online deal. I had forgotten how good their pizza is. Ordering online was easy. There were plenty of options without being overwhelming. It gave me a time estament. It was ready when I got there. The crust was delicious as were the fresh ingredients. This is the third time we have received a pizza that was disfigured and folding onto itself; looks like the box was tilted too far on it's side. The last time this happened, we were told we should have checked the pizza before the delivery person left. Sure that sounds good in theory if you've not handed a box of breadsticks/pasta and brownie along with said pizza while adding in a tip Besides, why should I have to check the condition of my pizza? We live in a small town and only 3-4 minutes from this store. Other than simply being an asshat there's no reason for this pizza to look as if it's been on a rollercoaster ride. With that being said, remind this local manager that there are three other pizza makers between me and Pizza Hut....one of those deliver. read more

I had pasta, bread sticks and cinnamon rolls delivered to a motel. Once the email said it was out for delivery, to like 20 min. When I got my food into the Room, I seen there was no plastic fork, luckily I caught the driver and he asked if I wanted him to go get one, I was like I need one to eat, he was not happy. After he left I realized the bread sticks were not cut, so I called the store and spoke to the manager, she said they only cut the bread sticks if you ask, I ordered online??? So by the time the driver got back with a fork pasta was Luke warm. And it's not a good pasta, I guess it's not called Pasta Hut. Lesson learned: don't order online, don't pre-tip the driver or just order from somewhere else. Advise to the driver, carry a few supplies in your car. read more

I give this place no stars at all!!! The worst delivery service ever! They can not get it in a timely manner and I have given them at least 3 different tries. The food is just a regular Pizza Hut, but delivery is awful and if you call they are not great help. This is by far the worst Pizza Hut in the entire world. read more

the worst pizza hut in the united states!! i gave them 3 shots to get it right. this franchise owner is really going to be upset when his business goes belly up because he cannot hire competent managers. i put it on the managers because they are supposed to train their employees! i called the manager "joe" to try and work things out and he wouldn't give me the time of day because he was"too busy". i guess its my fault for giving them the benefit of doubt 3 f@$!#:;& times!!!!!! if i could give them a negative 10 stars i would!!! read more

Normally good, this time took over an hour, pizza came Luke warm with burnt toppings. Not impressed.
