Awesome customer service! A friendly employee gave my kids toys while i was putting my order in the self kiosk. She made fresh coffee without me even asking! This was at 8:30 at night.. nobody was really inside except for 2 people. Super clean inside! Very clean bathrooms. We ordered 2 Fish Filets and 1 Large Fry via drive through. We had to wait over 20 minutes. We ended having to go inside. Turns out, they gave it to the wrong customer and they didn't want to remake it. Ridiculous. read more

service was par, the food on the other hand was terrible, my wife and I ordered a meal , she had a double cheeseburger, and I ordered a 1/4 pounder with cheese deluxe . a twenty piece Mcnuggets and basket of fries. her burger the paddy was burnt bun over done and tuff , the nuggets were tuff and overcooked, and the deluxe I ordered, the paddy was dark to charcoal black bun tuff as an old shoe, the fries barely passable, very dissatisfied and disappointed. we have been eating at McDonald's since the 25 cent burger days , seems like in the last few years the quality has gone completely downhill, please bring back the old McDonald's . read more

This review is for the McDonald's in Alma arkansas. I went there yesterday and I told the manager that the people that sat across from me had children who dumped their food and drinks in the floor and that it should be cleaned up and he said he would get somebody to it. 2 hours later it was still in the floor and he was setting next to it eating. Then my grandson went to get a Sprite and he got nothing but carbonated water and we couldn't even get anybody to wait on us to get us a sprite from the back. He finally settled on a Dr pepper and we left. There was absolutely no patrons in the store at the time so there was no excuse. read more

Honestly, this was the best McDonald's I've had in a long time. I got the simple $5 meal: a McDouble, 4 Chicken McNuggets, fries, and a drink. Everything was good, and I even got some free bacon. Sorry for whoever didn't get their bacon. The service was standard; everyone looked and sounded nice, and the food was out quickly (a 3-minute wait, which is a good thing). The ambiance was like a newer McDonald's, very modern with their greys and blacks. Overall, just a wonderful experience. read more

I'd give 0 stars if it was possible! I placed a mobile order before they closed and arrived before close and guess what, they closed everything down early and did not give me my food. The worst part is that I used my mobile app rewards and got nothing for it. The shift manager was not helpful and tried to make excuses for not having my order or food, knowing she closed things early. Do not go here for the customer service it is below par. read more

While the service was slow, the food was pretty good compared to other locations. The prices are a bit higher here. They skimped on the fries but the sandwich was good. I don't understand how they can serve you half of the fries that should have came with the order. The fries also tasted a bit stale and weren't crunchy compared to other locations. read more

We stopped in on the Friday before the 4th of July on our way from OKC to Nashville. The crew may not have been happy to be there but you wouldn't have known as they were laughing and joking with each other. My son saw a specific happy meal toy he wanted and the cashier gave him the toy when he ordered, to make sure he got the right one. The food was McDonald's food, so I can't and won't rate each burger and fry. BUT I will say that I got the southwest chicken salad and that was fresh and delicious. Horrible Service. Stopped along the way for a quick breakfast and ordered 3 White Hot Chocolates (for 3 people I was with) They gave me the first 2 correct but the 3rd was coffee not hot chocolate. I don't know why it was hard to make 3 things of the same thing. The light skinned black girl at the counter got an attitude and argued with me that it was what I ordered. I opened all 3 cups and asked her if it was the same, and then she took the 3rd cup away and slammed it away and told her manager to fix it. I left with the coffee because they could not do simple problem solving. Girl needs attitude adjustment, and a new course on customer service training. read more
