Have gone here for years! Always great service and pizza is exceptional. I personally also love their salad bar.

On August 22, at approximately 11:30 a.m., my sister and I stopped through the Geno's Pizza location in Alma, Arkansas to get one Supreme pizza slice. Upon getting to the drive-thru window, an employee by the name of "Bailey" incorrectly charged us for three slices instead of one. No biggie, right? They can just apologize, correct the mistake, and refund us, right?Wrong. When we pointed out that we had only ordered one slice, Bailey processed the refund but did not apologize or explain when the money would be returned to our card (we had to ask). When I asked for a receipt and expressed my concern about the way the situation was being handled, she became dismissive & told us the manager would not be available until the following week. Upon driving out, the interaction felt so rude and rushed that we decided to drive back around and ask to speak with a supervisor. Interestingly enough, the manager was there where we were able to speak to, Justin Wilbanks, despite previously being told that no manager was available. I explained that my concern was not the mistaken charge itself. Mistakes happen! My concern was the lack of professionalism, communication, and even a simple apology after the mistake was pointed out. Instead of addressing that, my concerns were dismissed, and I was essentially told that SHE should be more "forgiving" toward us. At that point, the behavior and treatment led me to ASK--not accuse--whether racism had anything to do with the way we were being treated, considering that we were two young Black women. And as you can hear that wasn't even denied..I left feeling disrespected and uncomfortable with the interaction, and I felt that race may have played a role in how our concerns were handled. But--This is 2026 in America...I'm not even surprised LOL. What a JOKE. The video was the manager's response to the situation... because honestly, the way he defended the employee and dismissed our concerns so strongly, you would've thought she was his wife. Again, the incorrect charge wasn't the issue--it was how the situation was handled afterward, which ultimately ended with both the employee and manager slamming the drive-thru window in our faces without an apology. read more

We went to their website & it was so easy to order delivery & within 30 minutes we had a fresh pizza from a very nice delivery person! The pizza is fabulous, fresh ingredients!! Always gives me a reason to stop in Alma for lunch. Pizza is great, and always fresh. One of the best salad bars around, and really well kept. Girls behind the counter are always nice. Restaurant and restrooms are always clean. Love this place. read more

We stopped there as we passed through town and saw a lot of cars there. This made us assume the pizza was good. The salad bar reminds me of Mazzio Pizza which is decent. I typically don't write bad reviews however the pizza tasted like frozen pizza from the store. If they used red sauce - it was very little and unnoticeable. Unfortunately we ordered a large pizza. Well it's not often I go to Alma, but this last visit brought me to Geno's pizza. They have a salad bar with lots of yummy options and we ordered the large supreme pizza. Both were really good. The pizza has a delicious thin crust, very light on the sauce and seasoned toppings. Hot and fresh out of the oven it was a great comfort on a cold and blustery day. My husband and I ate after the lunch rush, so the floor around the salad bar was a mess, but that was the only complaint. Otherwise, if you're in Alma, try out Geno's for a quick bite. The service has gotten worse over the years. Went to get a sandwich through the drive through it took them 20 mins with only 4 cars in the parking lot and no one in the drive through. My wife, daughter and I love some pizza. Geno's never disappoints when it comes to great pizza and great customer service. Salad bar is delicious. Especially, the potato salad. It's like nothing you've ever eaten. 10/10 every time we eat here. read more

BORING AND TASTELESS! I've had much tastier frozen pizza. We ordered a large half pepperoni and half pepperoni, beef, onion and mushroom. The little bit of sauce that was on the crust had no taste. The toppings, including the pepperoni had no taste and the mushrooms were from a can. The crust was nothing special and very bland. Even the red pepper flakes were tasteless... The salad bar looked good but we got our pizza to go. Should have got a salad instead. I would NOT recommend this place and will not be back. read more

Geno's Pizza had the BEST salad bar.It has chicken and two other meats for no extra charge.They also have all the other things other salad bars dont.Ex:cherry peppers..Thier lettuce is shredded to. The pizza is also good.Buy it by the slice or buy the whole pizza.Moderantly busy.And closed Sunday. read more

Pizza was good but they evidently use MSG on lettuce to preserve it. My wife and I both have spent most of night in bathroom with runs. Other than that, pretty nice place. read more

My favorite of all the Geno's in the area. It's my kids favorite place to order pizza, I like the salad, and the prices aren't bad!

The pizza was hot and fresh and the staff was friendly. The taste isn't the best but is good for chain pizza. The thin crust was crispy. The price was $2.69 plus tax per slice. The slices were large. I made the mistake of getting teo when one would have done the trick. Great place to go if you want a slice but not the whole pie. read more

I've ordered from this place for years and I always get 2 Giants (1 sausage/1 pepperoni) with extra, extra sauce. This time the sausage pizza didn't taste right so I looked closely at the pizza to find there were fennel seeds throughout. I absolutely hate fennel seeds. I called this location to ask if they switch vendors for their meat and they claimed they didn't. I also spoke with the "manager" and she claimed they didn't have any fennel in the store. I told her that it was concerning that the store didn't carry fennel yet it was on my pizza. She said just because it was on my pizza, it didn't mean the store put it on there. That rubbed me the wrong way as it insinuated that I intentionally sabotaged the pizza in hopes for a free one. I told her I was bringing it in so she can see the fennel seeds on there. Once I arrived, she brought out a bowl with seasoning in it and said she found the source of the fennel seeds... it was located in the seasoning they use to spice up the sauce with. She claimed that it was so strong on my pizza because I ordered extra, extra sauce. I then told her I place that exact same order every time I eat there and I've never noticed fennel on their pizza. I told her I placed the exact same order 3 days prior and it had no sign of fennel seeds on the pizza. I then told her there is no way it was just in the sauce since fennel seeds were visibly on top of the cheese as well. She stated "I don't know what you're expecting me to do, I recommend you don't order your pizza with extra, extra sauce then". I asked to for the owners number and then she claimed to be the owner. I then told her she wouldn't be getting any business from me ever again and walked out. I was so frustrated at the lack of customer service that I called a different branch to discuss the matter and asked if there was a corporate number to speak with, they claimed unfortunately there wasn't one. They referred me to the main owner which I happened to speak with shortly afterwards. After getting him up to speed with the situation he apologized and placed me on hold to speak with his wife. When he came back to the phone, it was clear he didn't want to undermine his wife. I didn't even get a "sorry we messed your pizza up, would you like us to remake it the way it should have been made". All I wanted was my pizza made the right way or worst case a refund on a pizza that I had to throw in the trash. I give up on this place...absolutely zero customer service. Bad for business. Side note, the pepperoni was ordered with extra, extra sauce as well and there was absolutely no fennel seeds in the sauce. read more
